الإسلام منظومة عقائدية وتشريعية متكاملة ، يبحث المسلم عن حاكميته . لكن هناك نوعان من تلك الحاكمية عمليا ، البحث عن حاكمية المسلم بعنوان أشبه بالقومي وغض النظر عن حقيقة ما عليه تشريعات البلاد ، والبحث عن حاكمية الله . والمسلم الطبيعي هو من يبحث عن حاكمية الله لاشك ، أما الباحث عن حاكمية المسلم بعنوانه الأشبه بالقومي فهو مريض عنصري فقط .
