[ ها انا ذا اجعل الذين من مَجْمَع الشيطان – من القائلين انهم يهود و ليسوا يهوداً , بل يكذبون – ها انا ذا اصيّرهم يأتون و يسجدون أمام رجليكَ و يعرفون اني انا احببتك ][1] .
اليهودية الدِين الذي تمّتْ سرقته من قِبل السحرة ، ليحكم بواسطته الشيطان . وضرْبُ الدِين بالدِين سياسة ابليسية قديمة ، لكنّها ناجعة ، وبالتالي فهي سبيل كل الطواغيت واصحاب الشهوات. ولكي تسيطر على مجتمعات تعتقد بدِين الله يجب عليك ان تتحدث باسم الله ، ولا يهمّ بعدها اذا كنتَ من جنود ابليس.
لقد ثبتَ عندي – تحقيقا – ان اليهود الحقيقيين انخرطوا غالباً في الاديان السماوية اللاحقة[2] ، بتمهيد تربوي خاص من انبيائهم وحكمائهم ، واهمُّهم ( سليمان ) النبي – عليه السلام – . وقد كان يهود الأسر الآشوري – الذين استوطنوا العراق – الدفعة الاولى للمجتمعات المسيحية في القرن الاول الميلادي ، فيما انخرط الكثير من اليهود في الاسلام على مراحل مختلفة. وقد ظلّ قسم من اليهود على مستوى اقرب لديانتهم الأّم ، لكنهم اليوم ضمن الطوائف المنبوذة في العالم اليهودي المعاصر[3].
ان عبدة الشيطان من الكبّاليين[4] يدركون ان التحدث باسم الشيطان يقودهم الى النبذ والهاوية ، لذلك تسلّلوا الى اليهودية حتى اصبحوا فوق عرشها حاكمين ، لكن بعد ان حوّلوها الى دِين آخر ، ليس له سوى اسم الله ، ومضمونه يقدّس الشيطان ويعمل على نشر الفواحش والرذائل.
والشاهد ان التحدث باسم دِينٍ معيّن او طائفة محددة لا يعني بالضرورة حقيقة انتماء الفرد اليهما . فهناك انتماء حقيقي , وانتماء سطحي شكلي , وانتماء كاذب. والانتماء الاخير هو اسوأ هذه الانتماءات ، فيما الحقيقي هو الاقلّ ، بينما السطحي يكاد يكون منتشرا.
من هنا ننطلق – عَوْداً – الى المساعي المؤمنة بضرورة عرقلة قانوني ” الاحوال الشخصية الجعفرية ” و ” القضاء الجعفري ” ، ولكن من الجنبة السياسية. ولتناول الابعاد المتعلقة بموقف السياسيين الشيعة – اسما – في مجلس الوزراء العراقي او خارجه من القانونين.
لكن قبل ذلك لابدّ من شكر جميع الوزراء والسياسيين العراقيين الذين صوّتوا لصالح القانونين رغم الضغوط الخارجية والداخلية. وربما الآن يمكننا فهم ” الفيتو ” الذي تم وضعه أمام السياسي ( علي الاديب ) لمنعه من اعتلاء منصب رئاسة الوزراء في العراق ، فالرجل لازال يحتفظ بجذوره رغم الهستيريا الدنيوية التي اصابت غيره من رفاق دربه ، والدليل انه – بخلاف رفاقه الحزبيين السابقين – صوّت لتحكيم شرع الله وحفظ حقوق الاغلبية الشيعية المقهورة.
اما غير الشيعة من السياسيين الأكراد وخليط ” القائمة العراقية ” و ” جبهة الحوار ” فلا عجب من موقفهم الطائفي – غير النبيل – .
ان الذي تمّ استخدامه لقرون كعصا لضرب الغالبية في العراق من قِبل العثمانيين ووأد ثورات هذه الغالبية , ويرتبط اليوم بعلاقات مباشرة مع ” الكيان الصهيوني ” العنصري والوحشي , لا ننتظر منه ان يكون اكثر احتراماً لحقوق شركاء الوطن ، و السياسيون الاكراد في شمال العراق – الذين يعيشون على آليات الانتهازية والابتزاز والصفقات , ويبنون كياناً مارقاً لا يحترم الثوابت الوطنية ولا المصالح العليا للشركاء , بعد ان استغلوا وجود مجموعة من اشباه الرجال وربائب الفنادق وساسة الصفقات وزعماء الميليشيات الذين فرضهم التجهيل والتدجين ممثلين عن الأغلبية المظلومة – راحوا يأكلون ثروات الجنوب العراقي الشيعي , ويقيمون بأموال نفطه وزرعه كيان دولة داخل دولة , في الوقت عينه الذي يقفون فيه بوجه ابسط الحقوق الشخصية والشرعية لأبنائه ، متناسين ذلك الاحترام الذي لقيه ابناء الحركة الكردية بين الشيعة وخصوصا في الجنوب حين قامت الانظمة القمعية السابقة بنفيهم اليها .
وانا هنا اتكلم عن كوادر القمع السياسية التي تتحكم بمصير الشعب الكردي وتفرض عليه ارادتها ، فهي في الوقت الذي تسوق فيه نموذجها الإعماري , تقوم بهدم شخصية الفرد الكردي وتمنعه من ابسط حقوقه السياسية ، من خلال تبنّيها لحُكْم بسلطة قَبَلية عائلية عسكرية دكتاتورية , غافلةً عن ان الكثير من الدول في المنطقة تعيش رفاهاً لعقود لكنّ شعبها لا يملك شخصية ولا هوية ولا يعرف كلمة ” لا ” . فالعمل على الابنية لا يعدو الهباء عند تخريب الافراد ، والحقيقة ان كردستان اليوم اقليم ” مَلَكي ” , تحكمه عائلة واحدة او عائلتان , ليس للمدنية السياسية فيه اثر . لذلك كلّه ليس موقف الوزراء الاكراد مفاجئاً للأكثرية الشيعية تماما .
اما سياسيو ” القائمة العراقية ” فقد اكّدوا – بموقفهم – مخاوف الاغلبية الشيعية من ان الغنائمية والانانية لا زالتْ هي المسيطرة على عالَمهم المبتور تاريخا ، وان هذا الخليط – الذي ليس له هوية سياسية وفكرية واضحة – ما هو الا خليط طائفي بغيض ، يوفّر حاضنة سياسية مناسبة للإرهاب و ( القاعدة ) و ( داعش ) والافكار الدكتاتورية ، وان الوجه المدني لبعضهم اصبح مشوّها ، لأن المدنية السياسية تقتضي احترام المعتقدات الشخصية للأفراد ومنحهم حرية اختيار القوانين التي يحتكمون اليها.
وتشترك ” القائمة العراقية ” مع الذراع الطائفي الآخر المتمثل ب ” جبهة الحوار ” ، لكنّ الاخير هو الوجه ( البعثي ) للبداوة السياسية . حيث تشترك القائمتان في رفضهما للقانونينِ الحقوقيينِ بعذر ” الطائفية ” ، في مهزلة قلّ نظيرها ، حيث كان من الاولى ان يوجدا لنا عذراً منطقيا ينصف الملايين من ضحايا حزب ( البعث ) الصدّامي العفلقي لتشريع قوانين ” عودة البعثيين ” ، بل وزقّ الاموال في جيوبهم الممتلئة من مال الناس أساسا ، في جريمة ربّما هي اشدّ من آلاف المجازر التي ارتكبها ( البعثيون ) ذاتهم ، لأنها تقتل التاريخ والحقّ والمعنى .
ونسألهم ايّ القانونين احقّ بالإقرار وايّهما ينصف الناس ، ولكن كما استغلّ الساسةُ الاكراد دعاةَ التشيّع وتمثيل الاغلبية من السياسيين النفعيين الانتهازيين كذلك استغلتهم القائمتان السياسيتان ( البعثيتانِ ) .
نعم ، وجدت هذه الاطراف ضالّتها بمجموعة شيطانية تتكلم باسم الله وتحتكر حق التحدث باسم شيعة آل محمد في ارض ( علي بن ابي طالب ) ، لكنّها تعيش بأنفاس الشيطان وتتحالف مع الكهنة وتسوّق لعبادة الاصنام البشرية .
فكانت امرأةٌ ما سفيرةٌ عن ساسة الشيعة لوأد القانونين ، والتي جعلتْ ” احدهم ” يصل بوصفها قريباً من النجوم لولا ان رأى برهان ربّه. حيث جعله تصريحها الذي مفاده ” كل تشريع جديد يُذيّل بأسباب موجبة للتشريع ، والقانون الحالي ولمدة 54 عاماً من التطبيق لم يثر ايّة مشكلة لأي مواطن في احواله الشخصية , من زواج وطلاق وإرث ووصية وغيرها , تتعلّق بالحكم الشرعي , كلٌّ وفْقَ مذهبه ضمن القانون ، ودونَ ان يثير ايّة حساسية او عقد طائفية , وعليه فإنّ الاسباب الموجبة لإصدار تشريع جديد قد انتفتْ اصلا ” يقف اجلالاً لهذه الروح المنصفة والمهنية حدّ السذاجة.
ولا ندري هل اكتفت هذه السيدة – ان كانت متزوجة – بعقد النكاح في المحكمة , ام انها عقدت ” العقد الشرعي ” خارجها ، ككلّ شيعة العراق الذين لا يجيزون صيغة عقد المحاكم العاملة في العراق ضمن قانون الأحوال الشخصية الساري , ومن ثم سنستمع لها بتأنّي . وهل تستطيع الادّعاء ان القوانين التي اوجدها حزب ( البعث ) الصدّامي العفلقي بآلية ” ( عبد ) ( سوّيلهم = اعمل لهم ) قانون “[5] متطابقة مع شرع الله الذي نزل على رجل لا ينتمي لأحزابهم قطعاً يُدعى محمد . ام هل تستطيع هي و ” ساستها ” ان يعيدا لآلاف المظلومين والمظلومات الذين انتهك القانون الساري حقوقهم في الزواج والطلاق والميراث والتفريق غير الشرعي بين الزوجينِ شيئاً من كرامتهم ، وهل تعلم هذه السيدة وزعماؤها ان بعض الازواج الذين قد تمّ تفريقهم واجراء الطلاق الغيابي بينهم بسبب هروب الزوج من الخدمة العسكرية الصدّامية ، ام انها قادرة على اعطائنا تفسيراً منطقياً وشرعياً لوقوف السيد ( محسن الحكيم ) بوجه قانونها المدني حين كتابته[6].
اما ” حمّالة الحطب ” الاخرى فكانت سفيرة ساسة آخرين لنوايا عقد الصفقات الهاتفية , الممهدة لولاية سياسية جديدة , السيدة وزيرة شؤون المرأة العراقية حينها ، والتي وضعت مجموعة من الاشكالات والاسئلة أمام طرح القانونينِ ، وحصلت على اجابات قانونية ودينية ” مرجعية ” لها ، واظهرتْ انها قد اقتنعتْ ، خصوصاً بعدما اظهر زعماؤها ان هناك ” ضوءاً اخضر ” امام سَيْر القانونين. لكنّ المفاجئة ان هذه المرأة صوّتت ضد القانونين الجعفريينِ ، بعذر اقبح من الفعل ، حيث برّرت موقفها بورود ” اتصال هاتفي من مكتب مرجعية دينية كبيرة ” طلبتْ عدم تمرير القانونينِ ، حتى لا يتمّ احتسابهما لصالح بعض المرجعيات الدينية دون بعض كما يبدو ! .
أليس مفترَضاً بها ان تكون الى جانب الحقّ الذي حمله ” عليّ بن ابي طالب ” حين جاءها وقومَها ب ” القرآن ” مجموعاً بتأويله ، فكيف ارتضتْ ان تكون الى جانب خصومه الذين رفضوا كتاب الله لأن ( عليّاً ) جاء به ويخشون ان يظهروه فينكسون ككلّ المتخاذلين عن جمعه من اوّل الامر ، فردّوه حسدا . فيالها من سيدة ” متشرّعة ” ! .
امّا تلك ” العمامة ” – صاحبة الاتصال الهاتفي مع الوزيرة حينها – فعليها ان تعيد قراءة هذه الآية من القرآن الكريم مراراً (( أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ النَّاسَ عَلَى مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ فَقَدْ آتَيْنَا آلَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ مُلْكاً عَظِيماً ))[7].
كما انها ملزمة بإجابتنا عن دور هاتفها المرجعي الديني هذا , اين كان حين شارك ساسة الشيعة في سنّ قوانين اعادة ( البعثيين ) الى مؤسسات الدولة العراقية ؟ واين كان هاتفها في … وفي … الخ .
الا يكفيكم من المرجعية الدينية الإسلامية الشيعية العاملة المتحركة – التي ساهمت بصورة رئيسة في طرح القانونينِ – ان رجالها يدورون بين لهوات الموت في عَتَبة ( سامرّاء ) حينذاك , مجهولين من الناس والإعلام ، يستنقذون مقدّسات الشيعة ويرفعون عنها الظلامات ، معيدين الى كوادر الشيعة ادارتها ووقفيتها ، ورجال غيرها من المرجعيات الدينية التقليدية يتصدرون الإعلام في عتبات ( كربلاء ) مكلوئين محميين منعّمين لا حراك لهم ! ! .
اما السادة الوزراء من الشيعة في العراق – الذين تخلّفوا عن جلسة التصويت الخاصة بالقانونين الجعفريين , خشية الإحراج , وخوفاً على مصالحهم الدنيوية النفعية – فهمْ (( أشِحّة عَلَيْكُمْ فَإِذَا جَاءَ الْخَوْفُ رَأَيْتَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ تَدُورُ أَعْيُنُهُمْ كَالَّذِي يُغْشَى عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَوْتِ فَإِذَا ذَهَبَ الْخَوْفُ سَلَقُوكُم بِأَلْسِنَةٍ حِدَادٍ أَشِحَّةً عَلَى الْخَيْرِ أُوْلَئِكَ لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا فَأَحْبَطَ اللَّهُ أَعْمَالَهُمْ وَكَانَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرًا ))[8] ، وهمْ (( رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ الْخَوَالِفِ وَطُبِعَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لاَ يَفْقَهُونَ ))[9] .
بينما جمهور هذه العمامة التقليدية وجمهور هؤلاء السياسيين – في تشيّعهم جميعاً – كحال ذلك الخليفة وجمهور الامة معه وبما يرويه امير المؤمنين علي عليه السلام من حالهما ، بما مضمونه : ” حين أتاه – الخليفة الغاصب لحقّ ( علي ) – ( أبو كنف العبدي ) فقال: إني طلقت امرأتي , وأنا غائب , فوصَلَ إليها الطلاق. ثم راجعتها وهي في عدّتها , وكتبتُ إليها فلم يصل الكتاب إليها , حتى تزوّجتْ . فكتبَ له: إنْ كان هذا الذي تزوّجها قد دخل بها فهي امرأته، وإن كان لم يدخل بها فهي امرأتك. وكتبَ له ذلك , وأنا شاهد، فلم يشاورني ولم يسألني، يرى استغناءه بعِلمه عني، فأردتُ أن أنهاه، ثم قلتُ: ما أبالي أن يفضحه الله . ثمّ لم يعبه الناس , بل استحسنوه , واتّخذوه سُنّة , وقبلوه منه , ورأوه صوابا , وذلك قضاء لو قضى به مجنون نحيف سخيف لما زاد … فمساويه ومساوي صاحبه أكثر من أن تُحصى أو تُعَدّ، ثم لم ينقصهم ذلك عند الجهّال والعامة، وهما أحبّ إليهم من آبائهم وأمهاتهم وأنفسهم، ويبغضون لهما ما لا يبغضون لرسول الله – صلى الله عليه وآله – “[10] .
ولكن حسبي ان انقل لهذا الجمهور وهذه الامة ما ورد عنص الإمام ( الصادق ) – عليه السلام – قال : ” إياكم والتنويه ! أما والله ليَغِيَبن إمامكم سبتاً من دهركم ، ولتُمحصنّ , حتى يُقال : ماتَ أو هلكَ , بأيّ وادٍ سَلَكَ ! ولتدمعنّ عليه عيون المؤمنين، ولتكفؤن كما تكفأ السفن أمواج البحر , فلا ينجو إلا من أخذ الله ميثاقه وكتبَ في قلبه الإيمان وأيّده بروحٍ منه . ولتُرفعنّ اثنتا عشرة راية مشتبهة , لا يُدرى أيٌّ من أيّ ! . قال ( المفضّل ) : فبكيتُ ، فقال ما يبكيكَ يا ( أبا عبد الله ) ؟ فقلتُ : كيف لا أبكي وأنت تقول : تُرفَع اثنتا عشرة راية لا يُدرى أيٌّ من أيّ ، فكيف نصنع؟ قال : فنظرَ إلى شمسٍ داخلة في الصفّة فقال: يا ( أبا عبد الله ) ترى هذه الشمس؟ قلتُ : نعم. قال: والله لأمرُنا أبْيَنُ من هذه الشمس “[11] .
ولكن فيا حسرة لكم، وأنّى بكم وقد عميتْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنُلْزِمُكُمُوهَا وَأَنتُمْ لَهَا كَارِهُون . فيا للعمائم الجهوية وساسة المناصب المدّعين لولاية ( جعفر بن محمد الصادق ) – عليه السلام – ، أيتها العصابة ” التي أخرجتها عداوة المراء واللجاجة ، وصدّها عن الحقِّ الهوى ، وطمحَ بها النزق ، وأصبحتْ في اللَبْس والخَطْب العظيم ، إني نذيرٌ لكم أن تصبحوا تفليكم الامة غداً صرعى بأثناء هذا النهر ، وبأهضام هذا الغائط ، بغير بيّنةٍ من ربّكم ، ولا برهانٍ بَيِّن “[12] .
وما عاد فينا العجب يبلغ النصب حين نقرأ أنّ ” … فقهاء في الدين قد قرحوا جباههم , وشمّروا ثيابهم , وعمَّهم النفاق , وكُلُّهمْ يقولون : يا ابن فاطمة ارجع , لا حاجةَ لنا فيك … “[13] .
” قلتُ هذا على معرفةٍ منّي بالجذلة التي خامرتكم , والغدرة التي استشعرتْها قلوبكم , ولكنّها فيضة النفس , ونفثة الغيظ , وخور القناة , وبثَّة الصدر , وتقدمة الحُجّة , فدونكموها , فاحتقبوها دبرة الظهر , نقبة الخف , باقية العار , موسومة بغضب الجبّار وشنار الأبد , موصولة بنار الله الموقدة التي تطّلع على الأفئدة , فبعَيْنِ الله ما تفعلون , وسيعلم الذين ظلموا أيَّ مُنْقَلَبٍ ينقلبون “[14] .

[Behold, I make those from the synagogue of Satan – those who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie – here I am making them come and prostrate before your feet and know that I have loved you.][1] .
Judaism is the religion that has been stolen by magicians, to be ruled by Satan. And multiplying religion with religion is an old devilish policy, but it is effective, and therefore it is the way of all tyrants and lusts. In order to control societies that believe in the religion of God, you must speak in the name of God, and it does not matter after that if you are one of the devil’s soldiers. It has been proven to me – as an investigation – that the true Jews often became involved in the later monotheistic religions
[2] , with a special educational preamble from their prophets and sages, and the most important of them (Solomon) the Prophet – peace be upon him. The Jews of the Assyrian families – who settled in Iraq – were the first batch of Christian communities in the first century AD, while many Jews became involved in Islam at different stages. Some of the Jews remained at a level closer to their mother religion, but today they are among the pariah sects in the contemporary Jewish world.[3] .
Satan-worshippers are from the Kabbalists[4] They realize that speaking in the name of Satan leads them to ostracism and abyss, so they infiltrated Judaism until they became rulers over its throne, but after they converted it to another religion that has nothing but the name of God, and its content sanctifies Satan and works to spread immorality and vices.
The witness is that speaking in the name of a particular religion or sect does not necessarily mean the fact that an individual belongs to them. There is a real affiliation, a superficial affiliation, and a false affiliation. The latter is the worst of these affiliations, while the real one is the least, while the superficial is almost widespread.
From here we proceed – back – to the endeavors that believe in the necessity of obstructing the Jaafari Personal Status Laws and the Jaafari Judiciary, but from the political side. And to address the dimensions related to the position of Shiite politicians – in name – in the Iraqi Council of Ministers or outside the two laws. But before that, we must thank all the Iraqi ministers and politicians who voted in favor of the two laws despite external and internal pressures. Perhaps now we can understand the “veto” that was placed in front of the politician (Ali al-Adeeb) to prevent him from assuming the position of prime minister in Iraq. May God preserve the rights of the oppressed Shiite majority. As for the non-Shiite Kurdish politicians and the mixture of the “Iraqi List” and the “Dialogue Front”, it is not surprising that their sectarian – not noble – position. What was used for centuries as a stick to strike the majority in Iraq by the Ottomans and bury the revolutions of this majority, and is linked today with direct relations with the racist and brutal “Zionist entity”, we do not expect it to be more respectful of the rights of the country’s partners, and the Kurdish politicians in northern Iraq – who live On the mechanisms of opportunism, extortion and deals, and they build a rogue entity that does not respect the national constants or the supreme interests of the partners, after they took advantage of the presence of a group of semi-men, hotel bosses, bargaining politicians and militia leaders who were imposed by ignorance and domestication, representing the oppressed majority – they began to eat the wealth of the Shiite Iraqi south, and live with money Its oil and cultivation is a state within a state, at the same time that they stand in the way of the most basic personal and legal rights of its children, forgetting the respect that the sons of the Kurdish movement received among the Shiites, especially in the south, when the previous oppressive regimes exiled them to it. Here I am talking about the political repression cadres that control the fate of the Kurdish people and impose their will on them. While they are promoting their reconstruction model, they are destroying the personality of the Kurdish individual and preventing him from his most basic political rights, by adopting a rule with a tribal, military, dictatorial authority, unaware that many Of the countries in the region that have been living well for decades, but their people do not have a personality or identity and do not know the word “no”. Aux turbans régionaux et aux politiciens de positions revendiquant le mandat de (Jaafar bin Muhammad al-Sadiq) – la paix soit sur lui -, vous gangez « que l’inimitié du peuple arrogant et calomnieux a chassé, et qui les a empêchés de connaître la vérité et leurs caprices, et qui aspiraient à eux avec impatience, et sont devenus dans la confusion et les grands discours, je vous préviens que vous deviendrez la libération de la nation demain Il est mort pendant ce fleuve et dans les entrailles de cette défécation, sans preuve de votre Seigneur, ni preuves claires. »[12] .
Nous ne sommes plus surpris quand nous lisons que « … les savants de la religion se sont coupés le front, ont retroussé leurs vêtements, et leur hypocrisie est aveugle, et ils disent tous : fils de Fatimah, reviens, nous n’avons pas besoin de tu…”[13] .
“J’ai dit cela avec ma connaissance de l’excitation dans laquelle vous avez été impliqué et de la trahison que vos cœurs ont ressentie, mais c’est l’abondance de l’âme, le souffle de la colère, le ruisseau du canal, l’ouverture de la poitrine, et la présentation de l’argument. Avec le feu allumé de Dieu qui brille sur les cœurs, alors dans les yeux de Dieu est ce que vous faites, et ceux qui ont fait du tort sauront à quel retournement ils retourneront.[14] .
