الحرب الباردة ضد النمو السكاني في العراق

 

 العراق كان من الدول الغنية قبل وجود النفط ، بسبب الزراعة وثروته الحيوانية وتأثير التعليم الديني . وكانت كل مشكلته أن المحتلين العثمانيين ينهبون ثروته ويطاردون أبناءه .

لكن اليوم لولا مورد النفط لانكشفت عورة العراق الاقتصادية ، ولأصبح الشعب العراقي كله تحت خط الفقر بخطوط . فالسدود التركية المتوحشة قضت على زراعته وثروته الحيوانية تماما ، بعد عقود من تخريب الأنظمة الطائفية للتعليم والدين فيه .

والصراع على العراق في جزء كبير منه طائفي فنجد ان الإعلام الغربي والعربي يقول عن ( الشيعي العراقي العربي ) الصريح العروبة بأنه ( أعجمي ، فارسي ، صفوي ) ، بينما يصف ( السني الكردي ) بأنه ( عراقي ) , في تلاعب بالألفاظ لأغراض ايدلوجية تقوم على الخصومة الحضارية والطائفية .

وعلى المستوى الإعلامي هناك هجوم مركّز على العراق لتشويه سمعته, رغم ان في العراق مظاهر افضل من مثيلاتها في كثير من الدول .

فلماذا كل هذا العداء الإعلامي والطائفي الرسمي من الحكومات العربية والغربية , او السائرة في ركابها ؟ انها مشكلة النمو السكاني لأكبر كتلة مسلمة شيعية في العالم وأكثرها عمقاً في التاريخ والحضارة واقدمها ولاءً لآل محمد نبي الإسلام عليهم السلام .

ولماذا هذا الانفجار المفاجئ لهذا الكم من الازمات السياسية والاقتصادية والأمراض منذ دخول الألفية الثالثة ، أو في بداية القرن الواحد والعشرين ، مترافقة ومتوالية ومهلكة ، وكذلك الظهور المباشر للاعب السياسي الغربي على الساحات الدولية بلا خجل . والحقيقة أن كل ذلك مرتبط برؤية الغرب المسيحي الكاثوليكي والبروتستانتي وحلفائه لظاهرة النمو السكاني في العالم الشرقي والجنوبي ، والتي تشهد نمواً كبيراً في العالمين الأخيرين ، في مقابل الانخفاض السكاني الخطير في العالم الغربي حد الضمور الحضاري ، بفعل تأثيرات معدلات الخصوبة ، ودور عامل الاحلال .

ان السبب المعنوي – والمادي – لانتشار الامراض والاوبئة هي الذنوب (  وما اصابكم من مصيبة فبما كسبت ايديكم ويعفو عن كثير  ) , (  ظهر الفساد في البر والبحر بما كسبت ايدي الناس ليذيقهم بعض الذي عملوا لعلهم يرجعون ) .

والاسباب العملية على الأرجح ثلاثة :

• قذارة المجتمعات الجديدة الشاذة ، التي فرضها على البشرية ويتم دعمها دولياً سياسياً وإعلامياً وسينمائياً من قبل الحكومات الغربية .
• المختبرات الأمريكية الفيروسية ، التي وجدت منها رو..سيا في اوكرا..نيا ما يقارب ٢٢ مختبراً ، ادعت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية حينها لدعم القطاع الصحي الاوكرا..ني ، لكنّ البرلمان الاوكرا..ني نفى علمه بوجودها ، بالإضافة إلى عشرات المختبرات الأمريكية المنتشرة في دول أخرى حليفة لها في العالم ، وحكومة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ومؤسساتها العسكرية بلا أخلاق تضمن سلامة البشرية من خطر أفعالها ورغباتها ونواياها ، فهي الدولة الوحيدة التي استخدمت أسلحة الدمار الشامل ضد البشر .
• ارتفاع درجات الحرارة على الأرض وانحسار الجليد الذي كان يجمد ملايين الفيروسات ، بسبب ال ٢٠٠ سنة الأخيرة التي سيطر فيها العالم الغربي على حياة البشر والصناعة في الكرة الأرضية .

 

 

 

 

 

 

لكن في ظل الكثافة السكانية العالية كانت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والغرب عموماً في مواجهة خطر ( الكثافة السكانية المرتبطة بأيدلوجيا ) ، بمعنى أن النمو السكاني في منطقة ذات عقيدة دينية أو وضعية مضادة لسلوك الغرب يشكل تهديداً وجودياً صريحاً لحضارة الغرب المادية التي تعاني الانخفاض في معدلات الخصوبة . فكانت المناطق التي ستشهد اكبر معدلات نمو السكان أو أنها تحافظ نسبياً على تعداد سكانها المرتفع خلال المائة سنة القادمة هي :

( الصين ) ،  ( 1,448) مليون في 2022م , و ( 732 – 1,065 ) مليون في 2100م , بانخفاض ( 383 – 716 ) مليون حيث معدل الخصوبة المنخفض ( 1.7 ) . بفكرها الشيوعي ، ورغبتها بضم أراضي دول رأسمالية حليفة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، والتي تسير بخطى ثابتة نحو الزعامة الاقتصادية والتقنية للعالم . وهي رغم انخفاض معدل الخصوبة لديها إلا أنها ستحافظ على تعداد سكاني مرتفع بسبب الكثافة السكانية الراهنة . وبدأت فيها اولى تجارب الحرب البيولوجية على الأرجح .

وفي ( الهند ) , ( 1409 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 1090 – 1450 ) مليون في 2100م , بمعدل خصوبة معتدل ( 2.2 ) وهو فوق معدل الاحلال بقليل , يحافظ على عدد سكانها قريب من الواقع المعاصر او دونه بقليل اذا انخفض لعوامل طارئة , وهي الدولة الأولى في عدد سكانها عام ٢١٠٠م تم تأجيج الفكر الديني العنصري والطائفي ، من خلال حزب هندوسي متحجر ، في تمهيد لصراع طويل يراد منه تمزيق قوة هذه الدولة – النامية بسرعة – قبل إيذاء المسلمين فيها .

و( رو..سيا ) , ( 146 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 126 ) مليون في 2100م , بانخفاض ( 20 ) مليون , بسبب معدل الخصوبة المنخفض ( 1.5 ) . بحضارتها التي يصف الفيلسوف الرو..سي ( الكسندر دوغين ) تميزها عن الغرب المسيحي بأنه أخلاقي ، على خلاف المادية الاباحية للغرب . فكانت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تعد العدة ( البيولوجية ) على حدودها من خلال نشر عشرات المعامل على الأراضي ( الأوكرا..نية ) المجاورة . وتم ايضاً توريطها بحرب دموية تستنزف رجالها واقتصادها ، كما تمت محاصرتها ، ليضطر سكانها لاحقاً للسيطرة على معدلات الانجاب لأسباب اقتصادية .

‏و(جنوب الصحراء الأفريقية ) ذات أعلى معدلات الخصوبة حالياً ( 4.6 ) , أي اكثر من ضعف معدل الاحلال اللازم لبقاء الحضارات وتجددها ( 2.1 ) ، والتي هي في الغالب دول مسلمة ، ذات عمق أيديولوجي ديني . لذلك تم نقل مجاميع إرهابية كبيرة وعديدة مثل ( داعش ) و ( بوكو حرام )  وزراعتها في هذه المنطقة منذ عدة سنوات ، لتطويق الفكر الإسلامي المعتدل بالفكر المتحجر ، مثلما تم – بحسب التقرير الذي قدمته ( رو..سيا ) إلى منظمة الصحة العالمية مؤخراً – نشر عشرات المعامل البيولوجية الفيروسية في الدولة صاحبة واحدة من أكبر الكثافات السكانية في عام ٢١٠٠م وهي ( نيجيريا ) ، بعدد سكان ( 215 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 732 – 791 ) مليون في 2100م , بارتفاع كبير جداً ( 516 – 576 ) مليون , بسبب ارتفاع معدل الخصوبة ( 5.2 ) , والتي يشكل المسلمون أكثر من نصف سكانها ، فيما يدخل في التشيع الإسلامي العَلوي منهم الملايين سنويا ، وهي حالة أيديولوجية عامة في دول جنوب الصحراء الأفريقية .

 

 

 

 

‏وفي ( مصر ) وريثة الحضارة الإسلامية الفاطمية وذات الكثافة السكانية المعاصرة , ( 103 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 225 – 300 ) مليون في 2100م , بارتفاع ( 122 ) مليون او اكثر , بسبب معدل الخصوبة العالي ( 3.2 ) , وفقاً للمنشورات الدولية المختلفة , اما اذا ظل عدد السكان في مصر يتزايد بمتوالية عددية بقيمة ( 1 ) مليون كل سنة فان عدد السكان يصل في عام 2100م الى حوالي ( 181 ) مليون , اما اذا زاد الشعب المصري بمتوالية هندسية بنسبة ( 68% ) كل ( 25 ) سنة , كما هي الزيادة بين عامي ( 1990 – 2014م ) بحوالي ( 35 ) مليون نسمة , فسيصل عدد السكان في مصر حينها الى اكثر من ( 500 ) مليون نسمة , حيث تضاعف عدد سكان مصر خلال القرن العشرين ( 6 ) مرات . لذلك تم تهيئة انقلاب عسكري أطاح بكل قيم الديمقراطية ومؤسسات حقوق الإنسان والحياة المدنية فيها ، تمهيداً لإغراقها في الديون ورهنها للغرب وحلفائه ، والعمل على رفع كل أشكال الدعم للسلع الأساسية التي كان النظام الدكتاتوري الاشتراكي يوفرها بنسب محدودة لأسباب أيديولوجية ، والتي كان يرغب الإسلاميون بتوفيرها بعد فوزهم في أول انتخابات ديمقراطية حقيقية في البلاد ، ومن ثم زيادة معدلات الفقر بمستويات خارقة ، مع كثير من الضرائب والرسوم وتعكير للحياة الاقتصادية ، وكذلك إشغال الناس بهموم السكن والعمل ولقمة العيش . فيضطر الشعب المصري إلى العزوف عن الزواج ، وتأخير الانجاب ، كما تدفعه الغريزة الطبيعية إلى السلوك الشاذ ، الذي يخليه من عقيدته ، ومن ثم تحقيق عدة مكاسب غربية مخطط لها . ويؤكد ذلك نسب الزواج المعلنة في مصر خلال العشر سنوات الأخيرة التي تشهد بانخفاضه بنسبة ١٢٪ . فيما بلغت نسبة الطلاق – فيما هو منشور – ما يصل الى ٤٩٪ من حالات الزواج .

‏وفي دولة مثل ( أفغانستان ) , ( 40 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 74 ) مليون في 2100م حسب المنشورات الدولية , وحوالي ( 174 ) مليون حسب معدل الخصوبة الحالي العالي فيها البالغ ( 4.3 ) , وبذلك ستشهد واحداً من المعدلات السكانية العالية في عام ٢١٠٠م بفارق ( 134 ) مليون , وفيها نسبة عالية من الشيعة الامامية المتحضرين , تم ( سعودة ) البلاد ، من خلال تمكين قبائل ( البشتون ) البدوية من الحكم والسلطة ، بخطة أمريكية ودولية محكمة ، سلمت من خلالها بقية المكونات الافغانية سلاحها ، لتتحكم ثقافة ( طالبان ) الدينية الأعرابية ولغتها الدموية بالمشهد هناك .

‏وفي ( باكستان ) ذات ال ( 221 ) مليون في 2022م , و ( 403 ) مليون او اكثر في 2100م , بارتفاع ( 182 ) على الاقل , فإن قبائل ( البشتون ) هي ذاتها التي تم دعمها لتتلاعب بالمنظومة السياسية في بلد سيشهد كثافة سكانية عالية في عام ٢١٠٠م ويضم ما نسبته ٤٠٪ من السكان الشيعة .

وفي دولة مسلمة عالية الكثافة السكانية الان مثل ( بنغلاديش ) , ( 172 ) مليون في 2022م , تطحن الازمات الاقتصادية العالمية شعبها الفقير , والذي ينتشر للعمل في مختلف بلدان العالم بامتهان كبير , بعد ان كانت واحدة من اغنى الدول الإسلامية قبل الاحتلال البريطاني للهند , لذلك سيكون للفقر دوره في تحجيم السكان وتحديد النسل , لذلك من المتوقع ان ينخفض عدد سكانها فعلياً الى ( 151 ) مليون في 2100م , بفعل عامل الخصوبة ( 2.01 ) . 

‏فيما لا تهتم المؤسسات الغربية بدولة شيعية مثل ( أذربيجان ) فقدت هويتها الأيديولوجية منذ العصر الشيوعي ، كما أنها تعاني انخفاض معدل الخصوبة فيها ( 1.7 ) , حيث سيظل تعدادها السكاني قريب من ( 10 ) مليون لمائة عام ضمن الفترة ( 2022 – 2100م ) .

فيما ستكون في العام 2100م اكثر من نصف الدول الخمسين الأولى في عدد سكانها مسلمة او فيها نسبة عالية من السكان المسلمين , في الوقت الذي لا يتجاوز فيه عدد الدول الغربية ذات الأصول الجرمانية الستة دول , يشكّل المهاجرون – لا سيما المسلمون – حينها جزءاً كبيراً من هويتها السكانية .

 

 

 

 

بينما لن يتجاوز مجموع سكان القارة الأوروبية بكل دولها الغربية والشرقية , بما فيها الجرمانية والسلافية واليونانية والاسكندنافية , وكذلك المسلمة , عدا روسيا وبيلاروسيا , اكثر من ( 500 ) مليون في 2100م , والبالغ في 2022م حوالي ( 584 ) مليون , بمعدل خصوبة عام اقل من ( 1.5 ) . وهذه المركز السكاني لدول أوروبا معتمد بصورة كبيرة على تدفق المهاجرين الأجانب , والذين يشكلون ما نسبته من عدد السكان في فرنسا مثلاً ( 20% ) , وهي نسبة مقاربة لعددهم في دولة مثل بريطانيا أيضا , لا سيما المسلمين والهنود , الذين تفضلهم أوروبا بسبب هدوء مجتمعاتهم وارتفاع نسبة التعليم ومعدل الذكاء لديهم .

اما في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية فيبلغ عدد السكان ( 335 ) مليون في 2022م , تقترب نسبة الملونين وغير الأوروبيين فيها من ( 50% ) , بينما ترتفع نسبة غير الأوروبيين في السكان دون سن الثامنة عشر اكثر ( 50% ) , ويتوقع بلوغ عدد السكان ( 433 ) مليون في 2100م , بزيادة ( 100 ) مليون تقريبا , تعتمد بشكل أساسي على الهجرة , وكذلك على المواليد غير الاوربيين , حيث معدل الخصوبة في الولايات المتحدة البالغ ( 1.7 ) اقل من معدل الاحلال الضروري لبقاء الحضارات ( 2.1 ) .

ودولة قارية مثل ( استراليا ) , ( 26 ) مليون في 2022م , تتجاوز نسبة المهاجرين منهم ( 50% ) , يتوقع وصول عدد سكانها الى ( 42 ) مليون في 2100م , بزيادة اقل من ( 20 ) مليون , سوف تعتمد بشكل اكبر على المهاجرين ومواليدهم , اذ ان معدل الخصوبة فيها يقترب من ( 1.6 ) وهو دون مستوى الاحلال .

وفي دولة صناعية غربية كبرى مثل ( كندا ) , ( 38 ) مليون نسمة في 2022م , يبلغ سكانها اقل من (  50 ) مليون في 2100م , بمعدل خصوبة اقل من ( 1.5 ) , بنسبة مهاجرين تصل الى ( 80% ) من مجموع النمو السكاني فيها .

اما في ( إسرائيل ) , ( 9 ) مليون في 2022م , فقد تصل الى ( 18 ) مليون نسمة ف 2100م , بفعل دفعات المهاجرين من افريقيا والاتحاد السوفيتي السابق ومواليدهم , بالإضافة الى العرب , بمعدل خصوبة ( 3.01 ) .

فيما دول ( مجلس التعاون الخليجي ) النفطية الستة لا يتجاوز مجموع سكانها ( 59 ) مليون في 2022م , بمعدل خصوبة ( 2.1 ) مساو لمعدل الاحلال , تقترب نسبة المهاجرين الأجانب فيها من ( 50% ) , يبلغ عدد سكانها ( 75 ) مليون في 2100م . وهي مجموعة دول هجينة غريبة الطابع , ترتكز في كثير منها البداوة الحضارية والتصحر الفكري , وتعتمد في الغالب على الأجانب , حيث تبلغ نبتهم في دولة مثل ( الامارات ) ما يصل الى ( 90% ) , وفي السعودية يقتربون من ( 50% ) , وفي الكويت قد يبلغون ثلاثة ارباع السكان , وفي دولة مثل ( البحرين ) ذات حكومة طائفية محمية بالجيش السعودي والدعم الأمريكي بلغت نسبة تجنيس الأجانب غير الشيعة ما يصل الى ( 14% ) , لإحداث تغيير ديموغرافي يعالج التفوق السكاني في البلاد ذات الأصل والغالبية الشيعية , لذلك كانت داعية الحريات البحريني الشيخ ( علي سلمان ) المواطنين الى انجاب المزيد من الأطفال عقلانية وواعية لمواجهة هذه الحرب الحضارية .

وفي ( سوريا ) يبلغ عدد السكان ( 17 ) مليون في 2022م , في ظل حكومة ذات ايدولوجية معادية لسياسات الحكومات الغربية وإسرائيل , يتراوح عدد سكانها بين ( 36 – 90 ) مليون نسمة في 2100م , نظراً لتعدد طرق الإحصاء والتوقع , لكنها تزيد كل عقد من الزمن ما يقرب من ( 9 ) مليون نسمة , بمعدل خصوبة ( 2.77 ) . وقد تم تمزيقها اجتماعياً وعسكرياً بدءاً من عام 2011م , في ظل نزعات طائفية وسياسية متعددة .

و ( الأردن ) البالغ عدد سكانها ( 10 ) مليون نسمة في 2022م , قد تصل في اقصى تقدير الى ( 21 ) مليون في 2100م , بعامل خصوبة ( 2.69 ) . وهو امر مستبعد جداً في ظل فقر الموارد الطبيعية الذي يسيطر على تاريخ البلاد الجغرافي , لذلك فهي على الأرجح ستظل عند حدود ( 14 ) مليون نسمة .

اما ( تركيا ) , ( 84 ) مليون نسمة في 2022م , فهي قد تبلغ ( 86 – 130 ) مليون في عام 2100م , بمعدل خصوبة اقل من عامل الاحلال ( 2.06 ) , وتضخم مستمر , واقتصاد قائم على نهب ثروات دول الجوار او التلاعب بها سياسيا , كما في تجفيف مياه العراق عبر السدود التركية لتوليد الكهرباء , وتهريب نفط العراق للحصول على الطاقة , وتخريب اقتصاد وزراعة العراق لفرض تصدير السلع التركية اليه , من خلال وكلاء محليين عراقيين طائفيين او مرتشين فاسدين , واحتلال شمال سوريا , التي كانت هي البلد الأول في منافسة البضائع التركية داخل السوق العراقي قبل 2011م , وبالتالي تركيا دولة هشة قد تسقط في الفقر بمجرد توفر حكومات واعية قوية في الدول المجاورة . ومن المستبعد ان يتقبل شعبها فكرة رفع معدل الخصوبة بسبب تكوينه المادي في الغالب وعدم اعتياده على ايدولوجيا فكرية واضحة المعالم , بسبب اصوله البدوية , وكذلك بسبب خياره الانتماء والانفتاح على الفكر الأوروبي السلعي الشيئي الذي يرى الحياة في اطار المادة ومعادلات البيع والشراء والربح والخسارة .

واذا انتقلنا الى ( ايران ) , التي تمثل اليوم الدولة ذات النظام الإسلامي الصريح , والفكر الشيعي الواضح , وهي معضلة كبيرة امام الفكر المادي الغربي , فهي ذات ( 85 ) مليون نسمة في 2022م , بمعامل خصوبة ( 2.15 ) , وهو معدل عانى الانخفاض لعدة لسنوات , حتى وصل الى ( 1.8 ) , أي دون معدل الاحلال , لكنه بدأ في الصعود مجدداً بعد حث الحكومة الإسلامية هناك شعبها على مزيد من الانجاب , وهي رغم انها وفق البيانات المنشورة قد تصل في عام 2100م الى ( 100 ) مليون نسمة , الا انها اذا استمرت في رفع معدل الخصوبة دون عائق فقد تصل الى اكثر من ( 200 ) مليون نسمة . لكنها تعاني وطأة الحصار العالمي الغربي والخليجي عليها بسبب خيارها الأيدولوجي , رغم انها من الدول الديمقراطية القليلة جداً في منطقة الشرق الأوسط . ومع ذلك هي دولة متقدمة جداً على صعيد الاكتفاء الذاتي وعلى الصعيد التقني والخدماتي . واذا ما سنحت لها فرصة الانفتاح على العالم ستغير الكثير من المعادلات الدولية .

 

لقد تم خلق أزمات اقتصادية متعددة وكبيرة وخانقة في العالم عموما ، ستعاني ويلاتها الدول النامية – ذات معدلات الخصوبة العالية – بنسبة أكبر ، حتى تضطر شعوبها للدخول في نزاعات واضطرابات ذات منشأ اقتصادي ، بالإضافة إلى النزاعات والفوضى ذات المنشأ الطائفي ، وفي اقل تقدير تضطر شعوبها لتأخير الزواج وتقليل الانجاب ، والسعي إلى العمل من قبل الرجال والنساء ، وتجد حكوماتها فرصاً مناسبة لفرض برامج تحديد النسل . كما تعمل المؤسسات الغربية العاملة في العالم الثالث على إقناع النساء بإكمال الدراسة ، ليكونن مضطرات لتأخير الزواج ومن ثم الانجاب . فيما رسخت الحكومات العميلة للغرب في البلدان النامية – لا سيما البلدان الإسلامية – فكرة أن سن بلوغ الفتاة هو ١٨ عاماً ، لتأخير زواجها بالقانون ، ومن ثم تأخير الانجاب أيضا . فيما في العديد من بلدان المؤسسات الغربية – مثل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية – لا يوجد سن الثامنة عشرة كحد ادني للزواج ، بل في بعض ولايات أميركا يسمح القضاء بزواج الفتيات تحت سن الثانية عشرة .

في الوقت التي تقود مؤسسات مثل البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي العالم – بوجود حكومات عسكرية او فاشلة خاضعة للغرب – باتجاه الانهيار الاقتصادي , وبالتالي المزيد من التبعية وتنفيذ البرامج السكانية الغربية في المنطقة . ان البرامج الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تضعها هذه المؤسسات الدولية – المسيطر عليها غربياً – لا يمكن تنفيذها إلا بوجود حكومات عميلة خاضعة , تكون في الغالب فاشلة , أو انها تتعمد الفشل , حتى تنقل البلدان الى حالة من الفوضى , لتكون غير قادرة على إدارة نفسها , فتحتاج إلى مزيد من القروض , وبالتالي الاعتماد على مؤسسات البنك الدولي وصندوق النقد الدولي وغيرها . لكنّ هذا لا يمنع انه في كثير من الأحيان تكون هناك بيانات مهمة من الممكن ان نستقيها من بين سطور منشورات هذه المؤسسات , فهي ايضاً تبحث لتعرف , رغم انها تنشر ما يحقق مصالحها أو أهدافها . ورغم إفلاس مؤسسات الحكومة في هذه البلدان , بسبب سياساتها الفاشلة او المتعمدة , فالشعوب تملك في كثير من الأحيان ثروات خاصة , بالإضافة الى ثروات معدنية وثروات مائية وأراضي خصبة , تحاول المؤسسات الدولية – بمعونة تلك الحكومات – رهن هذه الثروات بالديون للأجنبي , اذ تستدين الحكومات منهم وهي تدرك وهم يدركون انها لا تستطيع  التسديد , فتكون النتيجة تسليم اصول الدولة السيادية بدل الدَين , وبالتالي تصبح الدولة – وليست الحكومة فقط – أسيرة تماماً للدائن الدولي .

وبهذه الطريقة سقطت الدولة العثمانية سابقا , وهكذا باعت مصر أصولها اليوم , ولهذا السبب أرادت حكومة ( مصطفى الكاظمي ) في العراق السماح ببيع اصول الدولة العراقية . وكذلك تجبر هذه الحكومات شعوبها على تسليم ثروتها للأجانب الدائنين , من خلال خفض قيمة العملة المحلية أمام العملة الأجنبية , ومنع التجارة الحرة وجعلها حكراً للأجانب , ومنع استغلال الثروات المعدنية من قبل راس المال المحلي وتسهيل استثمارها من قبل الأجانب أيضا , أو تعمد عرقلة عمل المشاريع الوطنية ومن ثم إفلاسها وبيعها للأجانب , فيشتريها الأجنبي بسعر بخس , ثم يشغلها , أو يغلقها , ويعرض بضاعته بالسعر الذي يريده , لذلك تتقارب اسعار السلع والخدمات في اغلب بلدان العالم . وهذا المخطط حدث ويحدث في مصر , مقابل رشوة للحاكم ووزرائه , ومقابل الدعم الخارجي العسكري أو السياسي للدكتاتور.

يتزامن مع كل ذلك خفض مستوى التعليم حتى لا تستطيع دولة انتاج ثروة علمية , وتضطر العقول الذكية في البلدان الفقيرة والمتخلفة في نظام التعليم إلى الهجرة والتعلم في جامعات مملوكة لرأس المال المسيطر عالمياً وفي مؤسساته , فتكون النتيجة مركّبة من عدم قدرة الدول على انتاج ثروة علمية وامتلاك راس المال للعقول الفريدة واستخدامها للسيطرة على الدول المتخلفة . مع ازدياد وصول المسؤولين الاغبياء الى السلطة ومراكز القرار بسبب الفساد في البلدان الخاضعة , وهؤلاء الاغبياء كانوا يختارون من هو اكثر غباءً منهم في المراكز القيادية , حتى لا تنكشف عورتهم العقلية , ولكي يسيطروا عليهم , ويظهرون بمظهر الذكي الزائف , وهكذا حتى انهارت المنظومة الإدارية وسقطت بيد الاغبياء بالتدريج , فاصبح الغباء الفايروس الأكثر انتشاراً وفتكاً في اغلب دول العالم الخاضعة للغرب , وهذا ما لمسته مباشرة في دراسات مصغرة لدوائر عديدة في العراق .

وتقوم الحكومات الفاشلة والمديونة عادة بخفض قيمة عملتها أمام الدولار ، كما في العراق ومصر ، لعدة أسباب ، منها :

• وجود أزمة نقدية لا تعرف الحكومة كيفية الخروج منها ، فتقوم بجمع الأموال من الناس بكميات كبيرة من خلال إجبارهم على شراء الدولار بأكبر كمية أموال محلية ، لتوفير الرواتب الشهرية ونفقات الميزانية بالعملة المحلية الضعيفة ولكنها كافية لإقناع الجمهور كذباً أن الحكومة لم تقطع الدعم عن المجتمع وليست عاجزة .
• ‏عجز الحكومات عن تسديد ديونها ، فتحيل تلك المديونية على جيوب الناس ، من خلال رفع قيمة الدولار الذي تملكه الحكومة ، وخفض قيمة العملة المحلية التي يملكها الناس ، وبالتالي تأخذ الحكومة أموال محلية كثيرة مقابل كمية دولارات قليلة ، الأمر الذي يوفّر الأموال المحلية المسروقة الضرورية للرواتب والخدمات المحلية ، ويفرّغ الدولار الحكومي المتبقي لتسديد الديون .
• ‏رغبة المستثمرين الأجانب الذين تتعامل معهم معظم هذه الحكومات بقيمة معينة للدولار في كل البلدان ، تحقق لهم نفس القيمة من الربح . بمعنى أنه لم تعد السلع في البلدان المختلفة متغايرة في السعر ، بل كل السلع بنفس القيمة الدولارية في جميع البلدان الخاضعة لهؤلاء المستثمرين . حتى اذا كانت تلك السلع متوفرة محلياً ويجب أن تكون رخيصة ، لكنهم يمنعون ذلك . ولذلك أغلب السلع والخدمات في العالم اليوم متقاربة السعر بسبب سيطرة نفس المستثمرين عليها .
• ‏ان هذه البلدان بسبب وجود هذه الحكومات أصبحت مستوردة في الغالب لا مصدرة ، وبالتالي يتم سحب أكبر كمية من ثروات تلك الشعوب إلى الخارج لدعم دول المستثمرين . كما يتم دعم الدولار الذي يمثّل أداة السيطرة لتلك الشركات الاستثمارية .

لقد تم إسقاط الدولة العثمانية سياسياً واقتصادياً بالديون الأوروبية قبل إسقاطها عسكرياً بثلاثة قرون . والسبب وجود حاكم دكتاتور شره ساذج لا يسمع للخبراء الوطنيين في بلده . وفي مصر اليوم رأى الشعب هناك أن الدكتاتور ( السيسي ) ينفّذ حملة إعمار واسعة للبنى التحتية من طرق وجسور ، لكن عبر الديون الغربية والخليجية ، وعبر مزيد من الديون التي لا يرونها مباشرة كما يرون الشارع  . وحينها لم ينتبه الشعب وسط هذا الإعمار غير المنتج إقتصادياً إلى مشاكل هذه الحركة وأسبابها من حاكم دكتاتور عسكري ، بسبب التطبيل الإعلامي الموجه له ، وهو إعلام مملوك للحكومة وللخليج وللغرب .

ولم يفهم الشعب أن الغاية القريبة كانت إشغال الناس عن قمع الجيش بقيادة ( السيسي ) لكل القوى الوطنية في مصر والغاء الديموقراطية . والسبب الأوسط كان هو التمهيد لبيع اصول الدولة المصرية ومؤسساتها السيادية للشركات الغربية والخليجية ، بداعي معالجة إفلاس تلك المؤسسات وعدم قدرة الحكومة المديونة على دعمها . أما السبب البعيد والأهم فكان تكبيل وتوريط مصر بديون ترهنها للغرب والخليج لعشرات السنين القادمة ، حتى في حالة سقوط الدكتاتورية لن يستطيع الشعب عندها الخروج عن إرادة الغرب وذيوله في الخليج . واليوم الشعب المصري يعاني غلاء فاحشاً في الأسعار ، وقطع الدعم الحكومي عن الوقود والسلع الغذائية ، ومزيداً من الضرائب ، بدعوى المديونية وفقر البلاد . وليس هناك سوى الانتماء لنظام الدكتاتور العسكري في الجيش والقوى الأمنية والإعلام المنافق لسداد فاتورة العيش .بالإضافة الى اضطرار المصريين لتأخير الزواج وتقليل الانجاب .

لقد سمحت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية – بعد تبنيها لآلية تغيير فكر الشرق الأوسط , وبعد عجز الأنظمة الاشتراكية العسكرية السابقة عن أداء هذا الدور , لأسباب موضوعية وذاتية , رغم عمالتها للغرب – بظهور وبروز الأحزاب السياسية الإسلامية القديمة لعدة أهداف ، كانت ضرورية كضرورة دعم الأحزاب الاشتراكية التعاونية المرحلية من قبل الغرب الرأسمالي , تمهيداً لتغيير الفكر الإسلامي التكافلي الذي استمر لقرون طويلة . ومن هذه الاسباب إدراك مؤسسات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أن كوادر هذه الأحزاب بالية الفكر وغير قادرة على إدارة دفة السياسة المعاصرة ، وبالتالي نشر نموذج سياسي سيء التجربة ، يثبت للجمهور عدم قدرة الأحزاب الإسلامية على قيادة الحياة . كذلك ضمان الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية سقوط هذه الأحزاب , بغض النظر عن التجارب ومدى مطابقتها لرؤية الولايات المتحدة أمنيا ، من خلال سيطرة الأمريكان على منظومات الدولة العميقة , التي هي عادة من بقايا وفلول وايتام الأنظمة الديكتاتورية السابقة التي تحمل عقداً أيديولوجية ضد كل ما هو جديد . وايضاً جعل هذه الأحزاب مغناطيس جذب لكل المجموعات والافراد ذات التوجه الإسلامي ، لإخراجهم من خفايا الكواليس ، وبالتالي دراستهم ومعرفة سبل توجيههم والسيطرة عليهم . وإعطاء مساحة كافية لردود الأفعال الاجتماعية تجاه التجارب الإسلامية ، لدراستها وتحديث سبل التلاعب بها . واستخدام الأحزاب السياسية الإسلامية القديمة الساذجة الكوادر في تحريك المجتمعات نحو تحقيق الأهداف المرسومة دولياً ، من خلال تحميلها وزر اشياء لم تفعلها أو فعلتها بشراهة مادية أو سذاجة إدارية ، لكنها تنتج المراد المخطط له دولياً بعد عدة مراحل ، بمعنى إعطاء فرصة مناسبة لنضوج الخطط الخبيثة بالتدريج . والسيطرة على مفاصل جديدة في الدولة من قبل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلفائها ، من خلال ابتزاز هذه الأحزاب الساذجة الفاسدة في الغالب ، وإظهار سيطرة تلك الأحزاب على تلك المفاصل إعلاميا .

 

وما يخصنا من البلدان هو ( العراق ) , الذي بحسب احصاء ١٩٩٧م كان عدد سكانه ( ٢٢ ) مليون نسمة ، تضاعف عددهم تقريباً إلى ( ٤٢ ) مليون نسمة في عام ٢٠٢٢م ، وبالتالي يمكن القول إنه في ظل عامل الخصوبة العالي نسبياً في العراق ( ٣.٦ ) فإن عدد سكان العراق يتضاعف كل ( ٢٥ ) سنة . وهو ما يتناسب مع رؤية وزارة التخطيط العراقية التي أعلنت أن عدد سكان العراق سيصل إلى حوالي ( ٨٠ ) مليون نسمة في عام ٢٠٥٠م ، وبالتالي يمكن القول أن عدد سكان العراق في عام ٢٠٧٥م سيصل إلى ( ١٦٠ ) مليون نسمة ، وفي عام ٢١٠٠م سيصل إلى ( ٣٠٨ ) مليون نسمة ، في ظل الظروف الطبيعية وفي حال توفر مستلزمات الغذاء والصحة العامة . وهي متوالية هندسية .

وهذا يخالف منشورات الكثير من المؤسسات والمنظمات الدولية ، التي توقعت بلوغ سكان العراق بين ( ١٠٧ – ١١٢ ) مليون نسمة ، خلافاً لعامل الخصوبة ، بل في تعارض مع معدل النمو السكاني الحالي  المعلن رسمياً من الحكومة العراقية والبالغ حوالي ( ١ ) مليون نسمة سنوياً ، والذي يعني أن العراق – في اقل تقدير لا يستند إلى منطق الزيادة السكانية ولا إلى البديهيات العقلية – يجب أن يصل عدد سكانه إلى ( ١٢٠ ) مليون نسمة في حال افترضنا أنه يزيد بمعدل ( ١ ) مليون كل سنة في ال ( ٧٨ ) سنة القادمة حتى عام ٢١٠٠م ، وغضضنا النظر عن حقيقة أن ذلك مستحيل منطقياً لأن الزيادة السكانية تتبعها زيادة طبيعية في معدل النمو السكاني . ومن ثم فتلك التقديرات الدولية أما أنها تريد تغييب دور العراق القادم لأسباب أيديولوجية ، او الإساءة اليه , كما فعل مؤخراً تقرير البنك الدولي حول التعليم الابتدائي في العراق , قبل ان يعتذر ويتراجع عن تقريره , أو أنها افترضت – بناءً على معلوماتها الاستخباراتية – أن العراق سيتعرض إلى كوارث متعمدة بهدف الإبادة .

 

 

 

 

وامام هذا التمدد السكاني , ثم الحضاري , لأكبر كتلة شيعية مسلمة ذات مبادئ , عريقة , كانت هناك مجاميع من الإجراءات الدولية والمحلية الموالية لها لكبح جماح هذا النمو .

فأن تقوم حكومة بلد – مثل العراق – يستورد جميع السلع الأساسية والثانوية والمواد الغذائية بخفض قيمة عملته أمام الدولار إجراء لا يهدف سوى إلى مزيد من الفقر في المجتمع , الذي يعاني الجفاف وآثار الفساد وأزمة سكن , ومن ثم إجبار الشاب فيه على التفكير الف مرة قبل أن يقدم على الزواج أو الانجاب ، فضلاً عمن هو أكبر سناً ويريد الزواج الثاني الذي تم تقييده بالقانون من خلال عدة تعقيدات مزعجة أو مانعة ، وهي ذات التجربة التي تم تطبيقها في مصر والتي يريد السيد ( مقتدى الصدر ) استيرادها .

 

أن الصراع لم يعد بين العراق والأجانب , بل بين معسكرين بلا حدود قومية , وداخل كل معسكر درجات متفاوتة من الأفكار والسلوك , حتى الشيعة صاروا فيه فريقين , ( الإطار ) و ( مقتدى الصدر ) , ( مقتدى ) الذي صنعه بكل أبعاده ( قيس الخزعلي ) وشريكه ( محمد الطباطبائي ) , ومكنه تحالفه مع ( نوري المالكي ) من اجل السلطة , وهم اليوم من ركائز ( الإطار)  , أما باقي ( الإطار ) لاسيما فريق ( المالكي ) فهم من مهّد لصناعة مفوضية انتخابات وسلطة قضائية وإدارة حكومية فاسدة في كثير من أركانها , ولا يمكن عندئذ ان يكونوا العلاج لمشكلة أعداء العراق من ذوي المواجهة الشاملة الذين يحالفهم ( مقتدى الصدر ) وحلفاؤه المحليون العنصريون او الطائفيون , ولا يمكن بهم ان نخترق منظومة الفساد المحلية التي يستعين بها العدو .

ويتم في الوسط الشيعي العام , والعراقي الخاص , الدعم الغربي الواضح للفكر ( الشيرازي ) المتحجر الصنمي ، لخلق حالة من التدين السطحي الطقوسي غير المنتج .

لقد عمل الغرب بقيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على معالجة التوقعات السكانية المرتفعة للشعب العراقي ، في الاتجاهين المادي والفكري من خلال :

• تمزيقه طائفياً وقومياً وقبلياً وسياسياً واجتماعيا .
• ‏ عرقلة كل الخدمات اللازمة لتوفير بنية تحتية مناسبة للعيش الكريم والانجاب .
• ‏ نشر كل مسببات القتل والموت من جماعات ارهاب تعمل في محيط القواعد العسكرية الأمريكية ، واغتيال سياسي وأمراض وجفاف وجوع .
• ‏ رهن ثروة العراق النفطية بيد الشركات الأجنبية الغربية وشركائها الشرقيين ، عن طريق رشوة المواطن الكندي ( حسين الشهرستاني ) ، الذي كان وزيراً للنفط في العراق ، والذي أثبت القضاء البريطاني تلقيه رشاوى أوروبية مباشرة لتمرير عقود جولات التراخيص النفطية .
• ‏ عرقلة كل مشاريع الأفكار التي تريد تهيئة أرضية مناسبة لخلق فرص العمل .
• ‏دفعه باتجاه دكتاتورية مؤكدة ، مشابهة للدكتاتورية في إقليم كوردستان ، التي تسببت بهجرة مؤلمة للمواطنين الأكراد نحو دول العالم ، من خلال دعم التحالف السياسي الثلاثي المؤسس للفردية والعنف فيه ، بكل الوسائل الدبلوماسية والمادية .
• ‏دعم الجهات السياسية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني التي تؤمن بأفكار من شأنها تأخير الزواج وتقليل الانجاب وزيادة حالات الطلاق .
• ‏ الصمت عن التجفيف التركي لنهري العراق الخالدين .
• ‏ دعم تهريب الثروة العراقية وزيادة معدلات الفقر والديون من خلال مؤسسات مثل صندوق النقد الدولي وغيره .
• ‏ دعم كل مظاهر الخلاعة والانحلال الاجتماعي والتفاهة الإعلامية من خلال منح خاصة لتأسيس شبكات إعلامية تعمل على ذلك .
• ‏ توفير الدعم الحكومي والإعلامي الواسع لمرجعية ( السيستاني ) في العراق ، لتحظى بمميزات الولي الفقيه ، وتتخلى عن مسؤوليته ، وتعطلها عن العمل ، ومن ثم تخلق حالة من الصمت والفوضى الاجتماعية والفكرية في المجتمع الشيعي العراقي الهرمي وبالتالي كل العراق الذي يشكّل فيه الشيعة الأغلبية .
• ‏ الدعم الإعلامي المركّز من قبل شركات فيديو وتواصل إجتماعي أمريكية كبرى للمجموعات الدينية السطحية والمتحجرة .
• ‏ الدفع باتجاه خلق مواجهة حضارية مستمرة بين العراق وإيران ، والعمل على وصولها إلى الحرب المباشرة بالتدريج .
• ‏ عمل الإعلام الأمريكي والغربي والعربي الرسمي على تشويه سمعة العراق ، كما عمل على تشويه سمعة التجربة الإسلامية في إيران ، دولياً ، لخلق حالة عالمية من النفور الشعبي بعيداً عن هذا المجتمع الديني المحافظ .
• ‏ تأسيس مجموعات إعلامية مهمتها ايجاد حالة واسعة من جلد الذات وعدم الثقة بالنفس في المجتمع العراقي ، تدفع الشباب باتجاه التخلي عن الهوية الإسلامية والوطنية ، والانغماس في موجات السلوك الغربي .
• ‏ دعم كل مظاهر تشويه سمعة القيادات الدينية والاجتماعية والسياسية القادرة على قيادة المجتمع العراقي بوعي .
• ‏دعم كل الشخصيات القبلية التي تساهم في تأجيج الصراعات المحلية .
• ‏ العمل على إعادة تمكين البعثيين من مؤسسات الدولة العراقية ، بكل ما يحملون من تلوث فكري وسلوكي .
• ‏ تأسيس مجموعة من الكليات والمنظمات لإعداد النخب الأكاديمية والقيادية التي تم استخدام مثيلاتها في مجتمعات أخرى مثل المجتمع المصري ، وظيفتها ترسيخ ثقافة الأمركة والغربنة في العراق مستقبلا .
• ‏ دعم الدراما الخليعة والمتهتكة التي تؤسس الانحلال في المجتمع ، وتمكين أفرادها من وسائل الإعلام الحكومية والرأسمالية .
• ‏ كذلك نجح المحور الإعلامي والثقافي ذو المرجعية الأمريكية بنقل عقلية الكثير من الشباب العراقي الى عالم الثقافة الشيئية والمادية ، وأن النموذج الغربي هو المعنى لمصطلح التقدم ، فيما أن الحقيقة كون هذا النموذج الحضاري الغربي ليس أكثر من تلوث فكري أناني أنتج بهيمية في السلوك وتسبب بأسوأ تلوث أصاب الطبيعة بسبب الإنسان . حتى أن الكثير منهم صاروا يرون دولة دكتاتورية قبلية قمعية بهيمية براغماتية بلا مبادئ ولا قيم مثل ( الامارات ) إحدى صور التقدم الإنساني .
• ‏ على المستوى السياسي ، أوصلت المنظومة السياسية – المصممة والموجهة أمريكياً – الشعب العراقي الى الحصر بين خيارين ، كلاهما سيء ، تحالف الدكتاتورية ( مقتدى ، بارزاني ، الحلبوسي ) ، سيعمل على سن قوانين شبيهة بكل قوانين حكومة ( السيسي ) الدكتاتورية في مصر ، من حيث مزيد من التخريب الاجتماعي والاقتصادي ، وتمحور حول الخيار الأمريكي ، وتحالف ساذج غير قادر على مواجهة الهجوم الفكري والثقافي للحضارة الغربية ووسائله المتعددة وغير الأخلاقية ، يمثله ( الإطار ) ، الذي يتم خداعه كل مرة بنفس الوسائل ، ليقع بنفس المطبات ، استناداً إلى شراهة ونفعية ونرجسية قياداته .

 

وفي خطوة إبادة كبرى للقضاء على الحضارة العراقية , جرى تمويل ( مشروع جنوب شرق الاناضول ) المتوحش بمبلغ 30 مليار دولار , من خلال الخزينة التركية , وتسهيلات القروض الأوروبية ( إيطاليا , النمسا , المانيا , بريطانيا , سويسرا , الولايات المتحدة الامريكية , البنك الدولي ) . وتبلغ المساحة التي يغطيها المشروع اكثر من 73 الف كيلومتر مربع , أي عُشر مساحة تركيا , ويروي ما يقارب 2 مليون هكتار , أي اكثر من 7 مليون دونم . ومن السدود التركية الواقعة ضمن هذا المشروع القاتل للحضارات على نهر الفرات : سد ( كيبان ) 1974م بسعة خزنية 30 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 1240 ميغاواط , وسد ( قره قاية ) 1987م بسعة خزنية 9 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 1800 ميغاواط , وسد ( قرقاميش ) 1999م بطاقة إنتاجية 650 كيلو واط في الساعة , وسد ( بيرجيك ) 2000م بطاقة إنتاجية تبلغ 3168 كيلوواط في الساعة , وسد ( أتاتورك ) 1990م وهو واحد من اكبر سدود العالم ببحيرة صناعية مساحتها 817 كيلومتر مربع وسعة خزنية 48 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية تبلغ 2520 ميغاواط , وتتفرع عن سد ( أتاتورك ) قنوات تسرق المياه الى خارج مجرى النهر مثل قناة ( اورفة ) , التي هي من اكبر الانفاق الاروائية في العالم , وتنقل المياه عبر قناتين متوازيتين بطول 26 كيلومتر الى سهول ( اورفة ) و ( حران ) , لتروي مساحة تبلغ اكثر من 141 الف هكتار , بتصريف يبلغ 328 متر مكعب في الثانية . اما المشاريع التركية على نهر دجلة فهي : مشروع ( دجلة كيرل كيزي ) 1997م بسعة خزنية 595 مليون متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 110 ميغاواط ويروي مساحة زراعية تبلغ اكثر من 126 الف هكتار , ومشروع ( باطمان ) 1998م بسعة خزنية تقارب 2 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 198 ميغاواط ويروي مساحة زراعية تتجاوز 377 الف هكتار , ومشروع ( باطمان – سلفان ) 1998م بسعة خزنية تقارب 9 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية تقارب 250 ميغاواط ويروي ما يقارب 257 الف هكتار من الأراضي الزراعية , ومشروع ( كرزان ) بسعة خزنية تقارب 450 مليون متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 90 ميغاواط ويروي 60 الف هكتار , ومشروع ( جزره ) بسعة خزنية 360 مليون متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية 240 ميغاواط ويروي أراضي زراعية بمساحة 121 الف هكتار , وسد ( ديوه كيجيدي ) الذي يروي مساحة 36 الف دونم , وسد ( كوك صو ) الذي يروي مساحة 16 الف دونم . وبالتالي تستحوذ تركيا على 100 مليار متر مكعب من مياه نهري دجلة والفرات , فيما لن تطلق سوى ما يقارب 27 مليار متر مكعب من المياه فقط لسوريا والعراق معا , وهذا يعني انها تتحكم بما نسبته 80% من مياه النهرين عند إتمام مشروع جنوب شرق الاناضول . بالإضافة الى رفع مستوى الملوحة في مجرى النهرين في العراق وسوريا , لاسيما في العراق , لتتجاوز خمسة اضعاف مستوى الملوحة المقبول في المياه الاروائية , وكذلك انخفاض نسبة ( الغرين = الطين الأحمر ) مما يتسبب بانخفاض خصوبة الأراضي الزراعية العراقية , وانتشار التصحر , وزيادة تلوث مياه النهرين بسبب مرتجعات مياه المشاريع التركية غير المعالجة , واغلاق مشاريع توليد الكهرباء المائية في العراق , ويعني تفضيل الحكومات التركية لمصلحة 15% من سكانها الواقعين ضمن حوض مشاريعها على مصلحة 100% من سكان العراق و 20% من سكان سوريا  .

ومشروع سد ( اليسو ) 2018م على نهر دجلة , بسعة خزنية اكثر من 10 مليار متر مكعب وطاقة إنتاجية تبلغ 1200 ميغاواط ويروي ما يقارب 4 آلاف هكتار , بارتفاع يقارب 527 متر , ومساحة بحيرة السد بحدود 300 كيلو متر , وقد استطاع العراق في حكومات سابقة اقناع دول مثل المانيا وإيطاليا والصين بوقف تمويله بعد عرض الكوارث التي سيتسبب بها للزراعة العراقية وكيف سيحول العراق الى صحراء , حيث سيخفض الوارد المائي الى العراق من 20 مليار متر مكعب الى 9 مليار متر مكعب , مما يعني تصحر ومعاناة ما يقارب 700 الف هكتار من اجود الأراضي الزراعية العراقية , فيما تسبب تشغيله في انخفاض خزين سد ( الموصل ) العراقي بعد ثلاثة اشهر فقط بنسبة 50% , ثم سيقوم السد بخفض واردات مياه نهر دجلة بحدود 60% .

فيما هناك القناة المائية التركية من الاناضول ( نهر الخابور ) – احد روافد الفرات على الحدود التركية السورية – الى شمال قبرص , بعنوان “مياه السلام” . حيث سيؤدي خط الأنابيب وثراء المياه إلى زيادة قيمة العقارات في جمهورية شمال قبرص التركية ، وعندما يأتي يوم حل مشكلة الملكية مع جنوب القبارصة اليونانيين ، عن طريق التبادل ، ستكون القضية في صالح القبارصة الأتراك . ومعظم القبارصة الأتراك سعداء للغاية وراضون عن نتيجة “مياه السلام”. ويعتقد بعض السياسيين والأكاديميين والناس أن وجود مياه إضافية في أراضي جمهورية شمال قبرص التركية ، وسد Geçitköy ، ونظام توزيع المياه الجوفية ، وجمع مياه الصرف الصحي وتحويلها إلى شبكة مياه صالحة للاستعمال ، سيعزز أيدي الجانب القبرصي التركي على طاولة المفاوضات. بينما يوجد نقص في مياه الشرب الصالحة للأكل والصحية والزراعية والمياه الصالحة للاستخدام في جنوب قبرص اليوناني . و “مياه السلام” سوف يتم تصديرها ايضاً إلى ( إسرائيل ) من شمال قبرص بنفس التكنولوجيا ، عن طريق خطوط الأنابيب 250 مترًا تحت مستوى سطح البحر , اذ منذ استيطان اليهود في أرض فلسطين في الربع الثاني من القرن العشرين ، شعرت إسرائيل دائمًا بنقص المياه من أجل البقاء وظروف المعيشة الأفضل والزراعة والمعيشة الصناعية , وسيؤدي تحقيق إمدادات المياه من تركيا إلى إسرائيل عبر شمال قبرص إلى تحسين العلاقات الإنسانية والاقتصادية والسياسية بين تركيا والجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص وإسرائيل. وبدأت دراسات القناة عام 1999م , وصدر تقرير المشروع عام 2002م , بكلفة تقديرية 500 مليون دولار , وبدأ العمل عام 2005م , بفترة زمنية مقدرة بعشرة سنوات ( الانتهاء 2015م ) , بطول بري 80 كيلومتراً , وطول بحري تحت الماء 250 كيلومتراً , لديها القدرة على إيصال حوالي 75 مليون طن من المياه سنويًا إلى قبرص من الأناضول , ويلبي جميع متطلبات المياه العذبة على مدى الثلاثين عامًا القادمة. سيكون لكل خط أنابيب إضافي مبني على نفس البنية التحتية القدرة على توصيل 75 مليون طن من المياه سنويًا. البنية التحتية لديها القدرة على حمل 5 خطوط أنابيب في نفس الوقت ، وترتفع السعة من 75 مليون طن إلى 275 مليون طن في اتجاه واحد و 550 مليون طن في كلا الطرفين. تفتح هذه القدرة الطريق أمام تصدير مياه السلام من شمال قبرص إلى جنوب قبرص وإسرائيل أيضًا  .

‏ اما السدود والمشاريع الطائفية التي انشأها نظام ( صدام ) لدعم مشروع الغرب لابادة حضارة الشيعة في العراق في المناطق الكردية والعربية السنية فهي : سد ( حديثة ) 1987 محافظة الأنبار ,  وسدة ( الفلوجة ) 1985 محافظة الأنبار , وسدة ( الرمادي ) 1955 محافظة الأنبار , وسد ( الثرثار )  1985 محافظة الانبار , وسد ( البغدادي ) في الانبار , وسد ( حمرين )  1981 محافظة ديالى , وسد ( العظيم )  2000 محافظة ديالى , وسد ( الوند )  2013 محافظة ديالى , وسد ( ديالى ) 1969  محافظة ديالى , وسد ( تولساق ) في ديالى , وسد ( بخمة ) على نهر الزاب الكبير , وسد ( منداوه ) على نهر الزاب الكبير , وسد ( طق طق ) على نهر الزاب الأسفل , وسد ( باسرة ) على أحد فروع نهر العظيم , وسد ( سامراء )  1956 محافظة صلاح الدين , وسد ( الموصل )  1986 محافظة نينوى , وسد ( بادوش ) على نهر دجلة , وسد ( باكرمان ) على نهر الخازر , وسد ( خليكان ) على نهر الخازر , وسد ( مكحول ) على نهر دجلة 2000 , وسد ( دوكان )  1959  محافظة السليمانية , وسد ( دربندخان )  1961  محافظة السليمانية , وسد ( دهوك )  1988 محافظة دهوك , وسد ( الدبس ) 1965  محافظة كركوك , وسد ( بلكانة ) 2009 محافظة كركوك , وسدة ( الكوفة ) 1988 محافظة بابل , وسدة ( الهندية )  1913 محافظة بابل , وسدة ( الشامية )  1988 محافظة الديوانية , وسدة ( الكوت )  1940 محافظة واسط .

ويمكن بسهولة ملاحظة انه من مجموع 29 سداً – مقامة او قيد الانشاء – تقع 24 منها في المناطق السنية والكردية في العراق بنسبة تعدت ال 82% , والباقي يصب في مصلحتها ولا يسمن ولا يغني من جوع تم إنشاؤه قبل او عند قيام الحكم الملكي في العراق . الامر الذي يعني ان الأنظمة التخزينية في العراق هي أنظمة طائفية كحكومات العراق على مر القرن السابق , وان الجنوب العراقي كانت مجرد قناة لتصريف مياه البزل المالحة القادمة من الأرضي السنية . حيث تروى الأراضي في محافظة صلاح الدين سيحاً , من خلال نظام اروائي هندسي صنعته الأنظمة , في الوقت الذي يعاني فيه جنوب العراق من تخريب متعمد لأنظمته الزراعية التاريخية التي اوجدتها الطبيعة والانسان السومري .

 

والتجارب الدكتاتورية الفاشلة المصنوعة والمدعومة غربياً في مصر وتونس هي ما يتم استنساخه لتطبيقه في العراق , والعمل على مزيد من ترسيخه , مع عدم قدرة الأحزاب والتكتلات المعارضة للمخططات الامريكية على التعامل معه . فشخصية قيادية مثل ( قيس الخزعلي ) تكون معلوماتها عن العلاقة بين ضابط عراقي والسفارة الامريكية لتحريك تظاهرات تشرين ٢٠١٩ صحيحة , وكذلك معلوماتها عن سيطرة الإمارات على جهاز المخابرات العراقي ونقل ٣٠٠ ضابط صحيحة أيضا , لكنّ تحليلها لمسار ونتائج الاحداث غير صحيح دائما , بمعنى انه يملك دائماً المعلومات الصحيحة لكنه يفشل في الاستفادة منها , حيث ظل يعتقد أن تظاهرات تشرين في العراق مؤامرة حتى النفس الاخير , وتعامل معها على هذا الأساس , لكنّ الحقيقة أن التظاهرات خرجت عن يد محركها من اليوم الأول  , بل من لحظة انكشاف الضابط العراقي   , ثم بعد فشل أمثال هؤلاء الزعماء في التعامل مع الموقف رجع الأمريكان وبدأوا يسيطرون على مسار الاحداث بالتدريج بالتعاون مع تيار ( مقتدى الصدر ) وحكومة كردستان ثم حكومة مصطفى الكاظمي . و ( الخزعلي ) يملك اليوم معلومات قد تكون صحيحة بنسبة عالية عن تدريب مجاميع شبابية في إقليم كردستان , لكنّ دورها ليس كما يظنه هو من إضعاف لحكومة المركز , فهذا ظن ساذج , لأن حكومة المركز هي ذاتها ستكون جزءاً من هذه المؤامرة والا لن تنجح , فنحن باختصار لسنا أمام حكومة بل عصابة , وظيفتها كسر الشيعة وتفريقهم , تحت رعاية الأمريكان , كما في غالب الدول التي شهدت تظاهرات الربيع العربي , اذ انهم حين فشلوا في تعريض العراق للتجربة الانقلابية المصرية المباشرة , اختاروا التجربة الانقلابية التونسية البطيئة , وبالطبع فأميركا تستغل سذاجة امثال هذا الزعيم وعدم قدرة امثاله على التحليل , وهكذا استغلت من قبل أيضاً سذاجة القادة الجماهيريين المصريين والتونسيين رغم امتلاك هؤلاء القادة السيطرة الجماهيرية الميدانية .

 

كما ان الأمم المتحدة ليست طرفاً محايداً في العراق , بل هي الى جانب معسكر معين , يميل بكله الى الغرب , وبالتالي هي ليست عنصراً ضامناً لأمن العراقيين القومي , بل ربما تكون او ستكون جزءاً من خطة دولية مرسومة لقيادة العراق نحو الهاوية الاجتماعية والسكانية . فنجد ان الشخصية التي تحدثت نيابة عن العراق في ( مجلس الأمن الدولي ) – بحضور ممثلة الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق ( بلاسخارت ) – الناشطة ( هناء ادور ) عضو في الحزب الشيوعي العراقي ، وتلميذة المرأة الشيوعية ( نزيهة الدليمي ) التي كانت وزيرة بعد انقلاب ١٩٥٨م على الملكية ، والتي ألغت ( قانون الأحوال الشخصية الجعفري ) , الذي كان معمولاً به في ( العهد الملكي ) , وسنّت بدلاً عنه ( قانون الأحوال الشخصية العراقي ) الحالي الذي ساهم برفع معدلات الطلاق بنسب كبيرة وتأخير سن الزواج ، وعاشت معظم عمرها خارج العراق في ( المانيا ) ، ولها علاقات واسعة بالقوى الانفصالية الكردية البارزانية ومؤسساتها الإعلامية منذ التسعينات ، وبذلت جهوداً كبيرة لنشر ثقافة مضادة لكل قيم الأخلاق العربية والاركان الثابتة لنظام الأسرة العراقية ، ‏وقامت بكتابة ( قانون العنف الأسري ) السيء الصيت الذي لا يتناسب مع الثقافة الشرقية والإسلامية والعربية المحافظة للشعب العراقي ، بالتعاون مع رئيسة لجنة ( المرأة  ) السابقة في البرلمان العراقي عن ( التيار الصدري ) الساذجة صاحبة تصريح ” أن القرآن لا يتناسب مع عصر الفيسبوك ” النائبة ( لمى الحلفي ) ، ‏وهي غير معروفة في الشارع العراقي ، ولا في الوسط النسوي ، لكنها متنفذة جداً في كل مؤسسات الحكومات العراقية منذ ٢٠٠٣م ، لأنها تحظى بدعم غربي كبير ، ولم يجرؤ أي مسؤول في أي حزب علماني أو إسلامي عراقي على مواجهتها ، وكانت إرادتها الفردية اقوى من كل مظاهرات وتجمعات الشعب العراقي والقيادات الدينية المطالبة بسن قوانين تحترم عقيدة العراقيين ، حيث كان موقف ( هناء أدور ) هو الموقف النهائي ، رغم ان حزبها الشيوعي كان أكبر الخاسرين في المنظومة السياسية العراقية منذ ٢٠٠٣م ، وتم نبذه تماماً من قبل الشارع العراقي ، فيما كانت هي شريكة في العمل مع كل الوجوه السياسية الفاسدة في بغداد في الحكومات السابقة قبل ٢٠١٩م ، وصديقة للمنظومة القبلية العائلية الدكتاتورية في اربيل , فيكون اختيارها من قبل الأمم المتحدة لإلقاء كلمة نيابة عن العراقيين بكل طوائفهم كاشفاً حجم ونوع التدخل السياسي والاجتماعي السافر للأمم المتحدة في تحديد خيارات العراقيين رغماً عنهم , والتي دعت فيها صراحة الدول الأجنبية للتدخل في العراق ، في حين كان بإمكانها الدعوة إلى انتخابات أخرى . ‏ونست هذه ( الناشطة المدنية المدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان ) أن تذكر في كلمتها عشرات المحتجين الذين سقطوا برصاص صديقها دكتاتور اربيل ( البارزاني ) الذي تريد من الأمم المتحدة دعمه في تشكيل حكومة لن تكون في احسن الأحوال سوى تحالف للدكتاتوريات العائلية في الشمال والغربية والجنوب .

ان العراق اُريد له في العام ٢٠١٩م أن يعيش الانقلاب العسكري المباشر ، المشابه لانقلاب ( السيسي ) في مصر ، لولا انكشاف الشخصية العسكرية العراقية الرمزية المتعاونة مع السفارة الأمريكية ، بتعاون ومعلومات من الاستخبارات الايرانية ، فيما لم يستطع المصريون كشف دور مدير المخابرات الحربية ( السيسي ) , رغم أنه كان في اسبوع سقوط ( مبارك ) في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية .فتم زج العراق بتجربة دكتاتورية أبطأ وأقل عسكرية ، هي التجربة التونسية ، التي اعتمدت النظام الرئاسي ، وحلّت البرلمان ومجلس القضاء وهيئة الانتخابات والتعددية السياسية ، وصارت البلاد تدار من قبل شخص واحد ( قيس سعيّد ) ، المريض نفسياً بحسب ما تقول رئيسة ديوانه السابقة ، الذي يخاف من الفرنسيين الى حد الارتجاف ، وقد اوصل البلاد اقتصادياً إلى حد الإفلاس ، وتراكم الديون الأجنبية ، بعد أن وعد الشعب بالحريات والثروة ومحاسبة الفاسدين . والنظامان المصري والتونسي متشابهان في أنهما اغرقا بلادهما بالديون الأوروبية ، ويسعيان في بيع اصول الدولة السيادية ، ويحظيان بدعم العسكر ، ويعاديان الدِين ، ولديهما علاقات واسعة بالخليج . فيما يحظى الساسة الأكراد في شمال العراق بالدعم الذي تحظى به مليشيا ( خليفة حفتر ) في ليبيا ، من قبل الغرب والخليج ومصر ، رغم كونه من الرموز العسكرية البائسة لنظام ( القذافي ) الدكتاتوري ، ورغم فاعليته في وأد وتخريب التجربة الديمقراطية في بلاده ، ومحاولة تقسيمها ، وسيطرته على ثرواتها بصفة مليشياوية تخالف القانون الدولي والقانون الوطني . وهكذا بالضبط هي صفات ومواصفات المليشيات السياسية العائلية الكردية في شمال العراق .

 

ان تفشي الأمراض التي تصيب الحيوانات الداجنة في العراق يشير بلا شك إلى يد خارجية مستفيدة من تصدير حيواناتها المجمدة إليه ، وهي ذاتها من تحرق محاصيله الزراعية – كالحنطة – كل سنة ، وبما أن تركيا ومجلس التعاون الخليجي هما اكبر المصدرين الى العراق ، وان تركيا تستحوذ على مجمل واردات العراق الغذائية بقيمة ٢٠ مليار دولار ، ثاني شريك تجاري للعراق بعد الصين بتفوق لصالحها بنسبة ٩٥٪ ، فمن المؤكد أن اليد تشير إليها حسب المنطق ، كما تشير إليها في الفائدة من تجفيف مياه العراق وتهريب نفطه علنا . ومن ثم ليس أمام سكان العراق الذين يستوردون فقط ، بعد خفض قيمة عملتهم ، إلا أن يهاجروا ، أو يتوقفوا عن الزواج ، أو الانجاب ، أو تأخير كل ذلك .

 

 

 

فيما تحضّر الولايات المتحدة الامريكية , بالتعاون مع الخليجيين , لحرب عراقية – إيرانية , شبيهة بحرب الوكالة التي قامت في ثمانينات القرن العشرين , وتحت ظل نفس التحفيز الإعلامي المختلق , الذي يستفز المشاعر الشيعية في العراق , لتكون حرباً شيعية – شيعية خالصة كما كانت حرب الثمانينات . وبالتالي هلاك اكبر نسبة من شيعة البلدين هذه المرة . فالتجنيد الإلزامي المزمع تطبيقه في العراق لن يكون إلا مقدمة لحرب دولية ضد الجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران ، نيابة عن العالم ، كما فعل ( صدام ) – بدعم دولي منقطع النظير تم استيفاء أمواله من العراق لاحقا – في عام ١٩٨٠م ، وسيتم استخدام ذات الآليات الإعلامية القديمة لتأجيج الشارع العراقي الشيعي ، لأنه الوحيد الذي سيدخل هذه الحرب بالخديعة كما هو متوقع وكما جرى سابقا ، وسيروج الإعلام المحلي والخليجي والغربي الناطق بالعربية دعايات كاذبة مكثفة – مثل تجفيف إيران لمياه العراق , أو اساءتها لرموز معينة , أو غيرها من المسرحيات التي يتم صناعتها في وقته – لإثارة حماسة المجتمع الجنوبي العراقي القبلي ، مع استثمار الإرث الفكري البعثي الذي تحكّم بعقلية هذا الشارع لعقود ، وعبر تحريك خلايا البعث الجنوبية الموقوتة . اذ ليس هناك أي داع منطقي لفتح باب التجنيد الإلزامي وفي ظل هذا الكم من المتطوعين ، وفي ظل الادعاء الدائم من وزارة المالية بقلة التخصيصات ، كما أن الاعتماد على جيش عقائدي شبيه ب ( الحشد الشعبي ) افضل من تجنيد آلاف الشباب تحت قيادة عسكرية تسيطر عليها السفارة الأمريكية وقوى الدولة العميقة . فتجربة سقوط ( الموصل ) أثبتت فساد منقطع النظير في قيادة المؤسسة العسكرية ، وافتقارها إلى عقيدة حقيقية ، وانما هي مجموعات متضاربة اجتماعياً وفكرياً واخلاقياً تتحكم بمصير ملايين العراقيين ، وبالتالي هي مجازفة خطيرة كبرى أن يتم تسليمها قوى عسكرية بهذا الحجم يمكن أن تحركها باتجاه عدو غير واقعي نيابة عن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كما فعل ( صدام حسين )  . وارتماء حكومة ( مصطفى الكاظمي ) الثلاثية لأفسد كتل سياسية في العراق في الحضن العربي الطائفي والهمجي والعميل للغرب يزيد الطين بلة ويدعو إلى القلق الشديد من وجود التجنيد الإلزامي .

ومفهوم ( ايران ) في الاعلام العربي والغربي لا يعني الدولة بحدودها السياسية المعروفة , بل هو مصطلح بديل يواري قصدهم مفهوم ( الشيعة ) الذي يثير حساسية عنصرية وطائفية عند استخدامه .

كما لا يتناسب هذا الضخ الإعلامي العراقي المعادي لإيران مع حجم المشاكل مع البلدين ، ولا يتناسب هذا الاندفاع الرسمي الحكومي ولا الإعلامي العراقي نحو الحضن العربي والتركي والغربي مع كمية المشاكل التي تسببوا ويتسببون بها للعراق ، حيث ان اغلب المساعدات الواقعية المقدمة للعراق لمواجهة الإرهاب كانت من إيران , ومجمل مياه العراق المقطوعة هي بفعل السدود التركية , والنفط العراقي المهرب عن طريق الأكراد يمر عبر تركيا , فيما عقدة النفط المنهوب في الجنوب بيد الغرب وحلفائه , وغالب الإرهابيين في العراق كانوا من الدول العربية او جاءوا عن طريق مخابرات واموال حكومات عربية وغربية , والكثير من أموال الإرهاب كانت من السعودية , واغلب ديون العراق بفعل حماقات صدام كانت مدفوعة الى الكويت , الذي يعطّل إتمام موانئ العراق كانت دولاً خليجية مثل الكويت والإمارات التي استحوذت على الموانئ لاحقا , ومعظم عوائل نظام صدام الدكتاتوري بما سرقت من أموال العراقيين تقيم في الأردن , واول منظم لجماعة إرهابية في العراق كان اردنيا , والاردنيون عموماً يمجدون صدام ويكفّرون غالبية سكان العراق من الشيعة ويعتدون على المقيمين منهم في بلادهم التي تتغذى على نفط العراق , وكل مشاريع الفساد الأخلاقي في العراق ممولة الإنتاج عربياً او غربيا , وكل مواد الشحن الطائفي ضد العراق تبث من قنوات عربية , وتاريخياً معظم شهداء العراق سقطوا بيد الاتراك والغرب , وكل المصانع والبنى التحتية المدنية والعسكرية العراقية دمرتها الولايات المتحدة الامريكية وحلفاؤها من العرب والأوروبيين  عام 1991م ,  فيما غالبية الأموال العراقية المهربة انتهت الى مصارف الامارات وبريطانيا , ومعظم السياسيين العراقيين المطلوبين قضائياً يقيمون في أوروبا او يحملون جنسية دولها .

 وإذا كانت إيران هي صاحبة النفوذ الاقوى في العراق من النفوذين الأمريكي والطائفي العربي التركي ، لماذا تم إعفاء السلع الأردنية من الجمارك العراقية ولماذا يباع له النفط بالرخيص ، رغم كونها دولة صريحة العداء للشيعة وصاحبة مقولة ( خطر الهلال الشيعي ) ومأوى البعثيين الصداميين وحليف إستراتيجي للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإسرائيل ؟ ولماذا لم يتم إعفاء سلع إيران نفسها ؟! ولماذا يستورد العراق من تركيا ب ٢٠ مليار دولار ، رغم انها منفذ دخول داعش , وأنها تقطع ٩٠٪ من ماء العراق , وأنها منفذ تهريب النفط من شمال العراق ؟! فيما لا يستورد العراق من إيران – الأقل كلفة – بأكثر من ٨ مليار دولار , وهو رقم معظمه جاء من سعر الغاز المورّد لمحطات الطاقة الكهربائية العراقية ؟! .

ليست عداوة الأنظمة العربية للجمهورية الإسلامية في إيران سياسية ، بدليل أنهم كانوا يقبّلون يد شاه إيران حين كانت الدولة الإيرانية علمانية , تتبع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، لكنها عداوة طائفية مذهبية يكرهون فيها التشيّع حين صار هو مذهب الدولة ودستورها هناك ، وحين خرجت من التبعية .

وهذا هو بالضبط ما عليه حال العوائل الشيعية الاسم في العراق التي تكره إيران اليوم ، فهي فضلاً عن جهلها المطبق في عالم السياسة ، هي أيضاً تربّت في أحضان البعث الصدامي عن طريق جد أو اب أو أم أو أخ ، ثم ربّت أبناءها على هذا الأساس ، حتى صاروا مجتمعات كبيرة ، لا يعرفون لأنفسهم هوية ، سوى أنهم من مذهب الشيعة ، لكنهم بعثية السلوك والفكر ، طائفيين من حيث لا يشعرون ، يسأل أحدهم لماذا لا يوجد شهود في عقد الزواج رغم كبر سنه ، لأنه ضابط قديم عاش مع أهل السنة الذين يشترطون الشهود في عقد الزواج ، ولا يدري أن الشيعة يشترطون الشهود في الطلاق فقط

 . فعلى الرغم من وضوح الفيديو الذي تم نشره قبل عدة سنوات للضابط العراقي ( الشيعي ) في حدود مدينة البصرة الذي اعتقل رجل دين عربياً إيرانياً ( معمماً ) , واتهمه بتهريب ( الزئبق الاحمر : وهي مادة غير موجودة في الطبيعة أصلا ) , واعتراف الضابط في الفيديو نفسه أنه لم يجد في جيب الرجل سوى عشرة دنانير كويتية , قيمتها بالعملة العراقية حينها لا تتعدى الاربعين ألف دينار , او ثلاثة وثلاثين دولار ، وأن الضابط اعتقل الرجل وساقه إلى الحجز بطريقة مهينة لا تحترم كونه زائراً للعراق ولا معمماً ولا كونه من دولة صديقة ساعدت العراق في مواجهة داعش ، إلا أن العوائل البعثية الصدامية أو التي لديها حساسية ضد الدين عموماً في الوسط الشيعي لا زالت تتناقل هذه الحادثة بالقول أن الرجل تم اعتقاله وهو يحمل ( المخدرات ) ! .

ان المشكلة العالمية ضد ايران والعراق ترتكز في أساسها الى البعدين الديموغرافي والفكري الايدولوجي , حيث من الممكن والقريب جداً ان تتواجد كتلة بشرية غنية بالثروات الطبيعية والبشرية , ذات عمق عريق في التاريخ القريب والمشترك , تعدادها قد يصل الى ( 500 ) مليون انسان , تحمل فكر الإسلام المحمدي بنقاء ( علي بن ابي طالب ) , وذات مؤسسات دينية مستقلة , تعارض كل مظاهر الظلم والدكتاتورية في العالم , اذا اتحدت فهي قوة عملاقة جدا . وهو رقم يعادل كل سكان قارة أوروبا في عام 2100م .

 

لقد كانت كل مناهج المدارس في زمن صدام طائفية ، وكل المحاكم طائفية القوانين ، وكل الدوائر طائفية القيادة ، والعراق طائفي الانتماء ، فتسرّبت كل هذه الطائفية إلى أجيال شيعية واسعة بفعل اثر الآباء والأمهات الذين كانوا جزءًا من الأجهزة الأمنية والحزبية الصدامية ، عبيداً فيها لا أحرارا ، لكنهم اعتادوا العبودية ولا يستطيعون العيش بدونها . فهم حين يجلسون يناقشون بحرقة وحماسة كيف أن المليشيات الإيرانية تسيطر على موانئ العراق ، في الوقت الذي تعلن الإمارات عن مناقصة أمنية لإدارة تلك الموانئ ، وحين يناقشون كيف يتم تهريب النفط العراقي الى ايران ، تكون شركة ( دانا ) الإماراتية قد ضخت ملايين البراميل النفطية بشكل شبه رسمي من نفط العراق المهرب من الشمال عن طريق تركيا ، وتكون شركات الولايات المتحدة وأوروبا امتصت وباعت معظم نفط البصرة . وحين يناقشون كيف أسست إيران جماعة داعش كانت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تقصف إخوانهم من الحشد الشعبي لحماية قطعات داعش  . ولا يعرف أحدهم شيئاً عن تاريخ سقوط الدول الشيعية المتحضرة على يد الأتراك المتخلفين من السلاجقة والايوبيين والعثمانيين ، لأنه درس أن الفرس المجوس هم أعداؤه ، ولا يدري أنه هو المقصود بالفرس المجوس لأنه شيعي . ولا يعرف شيئاً عن دور الأعراب الوهابيين السعوديين في قتل المئات بل الالاف من أجداده , قبل أن يتخلى آل سعود اليوم عن هويتهم السلفية . فيما كانت إيران لمدة ألف سنة العمق الاستراتيجي الذي يلجأ إليه شيعة العراق في كل هجرة أو أزمة طائفية ضدهم . هؤلاء هم الشيعة الاكثر طائفية من القوى السياسية السنية  .

ففي الوقت الذي تم تعميم أوامر وزارية مركزية لشركة مصافي الجنوب ( البصرة ، ذي قار ، ميسان ) مثلاً بضغط النفقات وتقليل عدد الشُعب ودمجها وخفض المصروفات ، تقوم شركة مصافي الشمال ( صلاح الدين ، الموصل ، الانبار ) بوضع خطة ضخمة مكلفة لتطوير مصافيها ومنتجاتها في العام ٢٠٢٢ . وبالتالي من يظن أن التيار الصدري والبعثيين الجنوبيين في السلطة يمثلون الشيعة فهو واهم ، فالتيار لا يمثل إلا نفسه ، والبعثيون الشيعة والسنة – الذين ارجعهم ( نوري المالكي ) الى مؤسسات الدولة بغباء معهود – أو أبناؤهم هم طائفيون في سلوكهم كما تمت تربيتهم , حتى وإن حمل بعضهم عنوان التشيع بالنسب . ومن يظن العراق خاضع لإيران فهو جاهل ساذج ، متأثر بما يُكتب على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والشبكات الإخبارية الممولة خليجياً أو عربياً أو تركياً أو غربيا ، فالباحثون والمختصون يعرفون أن العراق يخضع بكل ما فيه اليوم بعد الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للخليجيين والأتراك بطائفيتهم ومشاريعها التي تحلم بإبادة الشيعة عموما . لذلك تجفف تركيا ٩٠٪ من مياه العراق منذ تشغيل سد ( اليسو ) في ٢٠١٨ وغيره من السدود الثلاثين ، وهناك شيعة كثيرون يتهمون إيران ، وتسيطر الإمارات على موانئ البصرة وهناك شيعة يتهمون إيران ، وتهرّب شركة ( دانا ) الإماراتية بالتعاون مع شركة ( كار) الكردية الاسرائيلية النفط العراقي , وهناك شيعة يتهمون إيران . ورغم أن العراق قطع إستيراد الغاز والكهرباء من إيران ، وذهب باتجاه الغاز والكهرباء الخليجية والتركية الأغلى ثمناً والاكثر تكلفة ، قبل ان يعود بسبب حاجة أوروبا الى الغاز القطري البديل الذي كان العراق يريد استيراده ليستغني عن الغاز الإيراني , فلو كانت إيران مؤثرة في العراق بعد ٢٠١٩ ما خسرت مصالحها الاقتصادية فيه , ولو كانت مؤثرة وحدها فيه بالشكل المدعى قبل ٢٠١٩ لما تمت إزاحة حلفائها من السلطة بتزوير الانتخابات .

هذا الكم من التأجيج الطائفي والتشويه الفكري للهوية الشيعية , بعد نهب الثروات العراقية , رافقه ترويج لكل مظاهر الفساد والاباحية والمخدرات في العراق . ولو أخذنا عيّنة من شيوخ العشائر الذين عليهم مؤشرات في تهريب وتجارة ( المخدرات ) في محافظات مثل الانبار والبصرة وذي قار لوجدناهم مشتركين في عدة صفات  , انهم كانوا على علاقة جيدة مع نظام صدام , وعلى علاقة جيدة مع الحكومة العراقية الحالية ومؤثرين فيها , وكانوا ولا زالوا حلفاء وعلى علاقات جيدة بدول الخليج , ومن مثيري الفتن في مناطقهم التي تُعتبر ساخنة دائما , ويبحثون عن الظهور الإعلامي جميعا , وغير ملتزمين دينيا  , ومعادين للنظام الإسلامي في إيران .

فيما تم ترسيخ مفهوم ( العلمانية الشخصية ) , حيث صار الكثير منا يرى أشخاصاً في المجتمع , وبأعداد كبيرة , ينافقون ويتملقون , وقد يسرقون أو … الخ ، لكنهم يصلّون ويصومون ويقومون بالكثير من الشعائر الدينية . ويظن الناظر إليهم أنهم متدينون لكنهم منافقون ، والحقيقة أنهم علمانيون شخصيون ، أي على المستوى الفردي . بمعنى أن العلمانية انتقلت من عالم السياسة إلى عالم الأفراد والمجتمع ، بسبب كثرة دعمها والاعتياد عليها بمرور الأجيال .  حيث يرى هؤلاء أن الدين هي مجموعة طقوس روحانية ، لا علاقة لها بالحياة ، وان الحياة اليومية يجب أن تسير بأي طريقة متوفرة مهما كانت سلبية ، وان الدين ليس عليه تحديد مسار حياتهم . وبالتالي هم علمانيون يريدون دخول الجنة ، لا متدينون منافقون, ونجدهم من اشد دعاة فصل الدين عن الدولة , او كما عبّر عنهم المفكر ( عبد الوهاب المسيري ) متهكماً انهم سيدخلون الجنة وان أفكارهم ستدخل النار  .

فيما تسببت القوانين الوضعية للأحوال الشخصية ، بالإضافة إلى ما تنشره البرامج التلفزيونية والدراما من أفكار وسلوكيات سلبية ، وكذلك ارتفاع حدة الغلظة والتعنت الاجتماعي الناتج من تأثيرات عالم السياسة والاقتصاد ، في ارتفاع نسب الطلاق في العراق ، كما هي في ارتفاع في معظم البلدان الإسلامية التي تطويها أمواج العولمة الثقافية والسياسية ، فبلغت هذه النسبة للأشهر الأولى من عام ٢٠٢٣م ما نسبته ٢٠٪ من مجموع حالات الزواج .

 

بل تم نشر وترسيخ مفهوم عبارة ( ان الشيعة لا يصلحون للحكم ) في الوسط الشيعي العراقي نفسه ، رغم ان مؤلفها بالتأكيد طائفي ولا علاقة له بالتشيع ، لكنّ ناقلها شيعي الأبوين , بعثي التربية صدامي الانتماء أو التفكير ، أو أن الناقل جاهل يعشق جلد الذات ، لا يفهمون معاً أن من استحوذ على جزء من السلطة بمعونة الأمريكان لم يكونوا سوى شيعة اسميين ساذجين ، لم يعملوا بقانون له علاقة بالإسلام , فضلاً عن التشيع ، بل على العكس كانوا ضد كل قانون يشكّون أن كاتبه أخذ عن الدين شيئا . يشاركهم في الحكم الأكراد والسنة وغيرهم . فأفضل الدول في تاريخ الإسلام هي الدول الشيعية ,  مثل دولة رسول الله محمد صلى الله عليه وآله في ( المدينة ) التي قامت بسواعد آل البيت عليهم السلام الهاشميين وسواعد الأنصار الذين كانوا وظلوا شيعة في غالبهم حتى هاجر أغلبهم إلى العراق  , ودولة أمير المؤمنين (علي) عليه السلام دولة العدل ومحاكمة الفاسدين , ودولة (الحسن بن علي) عليهما السلام  , و‏الدولة (العَلوية) في (طبرستان)   , و‏الدولة (الفاطمية) في عموم افريقيا وبلاد الشام والحجاز التي أسست لكل ما هو حضاري في تلك الأقاليم لاسيما في مصر التي لازالت فاطمية في تراثها,  والدولة (الحمدانية) في شمال العراق والشام , والدولة (النميرية) في جنوب تركيا الحالية, ‏والدولة (البويهية) في كل بلدان آسيا الإسلامية بما فيها بغداد عاصمة الخلافة العباسية وهي ذات إرث ثقافي راقي  , والدولة (المزيدية الأسدية ) التي كان يقود جيشها أحفاد (مالك الأشتر) وزير أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام في جنوب العراق وعاصمتها (الحلة) بكل تراثها الفكري العملاق,  والدولة (الزيدية) في اليمن التي استمرت في الحكم لثمانمائة عام , والدول (الحسنية) في الحجاز ( مكة والمدينة ) , والدولة (العقيلية) على ساحل الخليج والتي تمثل التاريخ الحضاري الأبرز له , والدولة (الادريسية) التي نشرت الاسلام وأسست المدن في المغرب العربي, ودولة (ال حمود) في الأندلس , وجزء من الدولة (الغورية) في أفغانستان , والدولة المغولية في إيران والعراق والهند والتي كان تاريخ الأخيرة يعتمد عليها كلياً حيث كان الهند في عهدها من أغنى دول العالم , ودولة (اوده) الشيعية الغنية في بنغلاديش والهند, والدول (الصفوية , الزندية , القاجارية) إحدى أكبر الدول واهمها وأكثرها تحضراً في القرون الوسطى للعالم الإسلامي , وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية المتقدمة المستقرة رغم الحصار الدولي العنصري والإقليمي الطائفي ضدها .

ثم وصل الامر اجتماعياً وفكرياً انني حين أحدث شاباً عن قيمة المبادئ والعقل للإنسان ، وأنها هي ما تعطيه معنى وتفرقه عن عالم الحيوان ، يحدثني أن هناك مثال آخر لتربية الأبناء لزيادة قيمتهم وهو تغذية ( البقرة ) وتسمينها لتزداد قيمتها . وهذا معناه أن نسبة كبيرة من هذا الجيل ساقطة فكرياً وبلا مبادئ ولا طموح ولا عقيدة .

والقيادة الدينية الإسلامية الشيعية التي عليها دور قيادة وتوجيه وارشاد هذا المجتمع لتشخيص الابتلاءات والغزو الفكري والانحراف , ومن ثم عبورها باقل الاضرار – لم تكن بقدر ما عليها من مسؤولية , بل هي ربما جزء أساسي من وظيفة صمت رهيبة امام المخططات العالمية , لتعطيل وظيفة المرجعية الدينية الإسلامية الشيعية , التي اجبر دورها الناجح بقياد السيد الشهيد ( محمد الصدر ) القوى الغربية على الظهور المباشر في حربهم ضد التشيع والإسلام , والتخلي عن وكيلهم الدكتاتور الطائفي ( صدام حسين ) , وبالتالي يحقق الصمت تسهيل حركة الامريكان في تغيير النمط الفكري الإسلامي والشرقي بأنماط أخرى فوضوية منفلتة وغير منضبطة . لم يخطأ المشهداني حين قال عن دور المرجعية الدينية الشيعية ( العليا ) أنه مثل دور خنجر ( ابو گشرة ) الذي لا يستخدمه في الوقت المناسب . والذي يغضب من هذا الكلام ليس أكثر من عابد صنم جاهل ، الاولى أن يزعل على نفسه ومن نفسه . فالشيعي العراقي الذي يتم تجفيف انهاره وتبوير ارضه وتجويعه كل يوم ، في الوقت الذي إتهام شيعي آخر بريء في إيران بذلك ، من قبل حكومة طائفية غربية الهوى تدعي أنها تمثل الشيعة .  بينما السبب واضح ومتفق ومجمع عليه دولياً أنه بفعل السدود التركية المتوحشة على نهري دجلة والفرات ، وحتى تركيا ذاتها لم تتهم إيران بهذا الجفاف يوماً ، وإيران ذاتها تعيش الجفاف المر وبدأت تزرع خارج البلاد . ولم يعد العذر الممل ( أن المرجعية بُح صوتها ولا احد يسمع كلامها   ( .. مقبولاً ابدا , فليس على هذه المرجعية الدينية أكثر من أن تطالب – باللسان فقط – بحق شيعة العراق ، وتبرأ أبناءها من شيعة إيران أمام من يثق بها من شيعة العراق والعالم  . لكنّ الحقيقة التي يعرفها الجميع أن المرجعية الدينية ( العليا ) لن تفعل شيئا .

While Western institutions are not interested in a Shiite state such as (Azerbaijan ) that has lost its ideological identity since the communist era, and it is also suffering from a low fertility rate in it (1.7), as its population will remain close to (10) million for a hundred years within the period ( 2022 – 2100 AD).

While in the year 2100 AD, more than half of the first fifty countries with a Muslim population will be or have a high percentage of the Muslim population, at a time when the number of Western countries of Germanic origin does not exceed six countries, immigrants – especially Muslims – at that time form a large part of their identity population.

While the total population of the European continent with all its western and eastern countries, including Germanic, Slavic, Greek, Scandinavian, as well as Muslim, with the exception of Russia and Belarus, will not exceed (500) million in 2100 AD, and in 2022 AD, it will be about (584) million, with a general fertility rate less than ( 1.5 ). As for the United States of America, the population will reach 335 million in 2022 AD, the percentage of people of color and non-Europeans in it approaches (50%), while the percentage of non-Europeans in the population under the age of eighteen increases more than (50%), and the population is expected to reach (433). ) million in 2100 AD, an increase of nearly (100) million, and it depends mainly on immigration, as well as on non-European births, as the fertility rate in the United States of (1.7) is less than the replacement rate necessary for the survival of civilizations (2.1).

continental country like (Australia ), (26) million in 2022 AD, the proportion of immigrants will exceed (50%), and its population is expected to reach (42) million in 2100 AD, with an increase of less than (20) million, it will depend more on immigrants and their births , as the fertility rate is close to (1.6), which is below the replacement level.
